This afternoon, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the legal standing of the state of Virginia to file suit regarding Obamacare. While the ruling was not a determination of Obamacare's constitutionality, it is an indication of the complex legal battles that will be required to bring this issue before the Supreme Court. Obamacare is a federal law and cannot be overturned by executive order.

This travesty IS in direct violation of our Constitution.

It is also known that The GOP Leadership has coopted some of the Americans for Prosperity to form phony Tea Party Groups in many States so they can try and regain their control of Appointing specific party members to run for specific positions as rewards for party activities instead of them being the best ones to beat the opposition (Think McCain in 2008) It is also in response to the program that has been ongoing for the last year and a half to get regular Tea Party members into official positions in their Local Precincts to ensure that the Candidates are picked by the people and not shoved down our throats by the Party Leadership Establishment.
