The "Eligibility" cases brought forward to several courts in the nation have been 'denied' with flimsy, ignorant and fraudulent reasons from all of the Attorneys General of each state!

The same answers are given by spineless Attorneys General of each state in "Fraud and Treason" (Eligibility) cases brought forward by lawyers representing active duty and retired enlisted and officers with the rank of 0-9, Lieutenant General!

Attorney General, Eric Holder, and U.S. Attorney, Jeffrey Taylor of the 3rd District Court of the District of Columbia have jurisdiction over Washington, D.C.. These two individuals are 'completely' aware of the 'Quo Warranto' cases received in their offices by certified mail from Attorneys Orly Taitz , Phillip Berg and several more.

The Justice Department has requested several delays to answer to the Courts request for discovery. I believe the last delay ends June 21, 2009 for presentments of discovery by Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., AKA Barry Soetoro, et cetara.

Discovery will prove Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., AKA Barry Soetoro, is in fact guilty of fraud and treason against the United States-"We the People..."-or that he is in fact a "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN."

This is a fact from the very foundation of United States Constitution: Article II, section 1, paragraph 5.
“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”

Section 4 - Disqualification

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

"As a Kenyan native, Barack Hussein Obama Sr. (Deceased) was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.'s children."

Barack Hussein Obama II is a child of Obama Sr., thus former Senator Obama was a British subject (British citizen) at birth, and not a natural born U.S. Citizen.

The Congress, Federal Grand Jury and the 3rd District Court of the District of Columbia are the ONLY three entities for recourse for Impeachment!

If these three entities refuse to answer the indictments brought forward…then the case[s] can be referred to the Supreme Court Justice who is assigned to the 3rd District Court of the District of Columbia for a hearing.

I do NOT believe Obama’s attorneys will appeal a guilty charge. They will present a plea and Joe Biden will become a temporary president for no longer than 90 days or until an election is called. Obama will be fined and deported to Kenya, Africa with his family.
