BO using the 14 Amendment to claim discrimination

I am sure, that BO is going to get his slimy lawyers to argue the14 amendment with the Supreme Court,
and try and get them to overturn Article 2, Section 1, on discrimination and (RACE), because I had sent a letter to both of my Senators in Wisconsin. I had asked both Sen Feingold and Sen Kohl to look in to the illegibility of Sen Obama for POTUS, Sen Feingold of the (McCain-Feingold finance reform bill) that worked out (oh) so great for McCain!... didn't even bother to reply. Sen Kohl replied with this enlightening letter...

1959. Senator Barack Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, making
him a United States citizen at birth under the first section of the
14th Amendment to the Constitution. Senator Obama's birth
certificate has been made public, and is widely available online.
This document has been authenticated by a variety of sources,
including the Hawaii Department of Health and the Annenberg
Public Policy Center.

My question is. If BO's birth certificate is the real deal, Then why would he need to use the
14 Amendment?

We all know that Annenberg is part of Acorn. I would love to reply with some really GREAT intelligent answer, but I am not really up to speed on all this legal stuff! If there is anyone out there, that would have any ideas. I would love to hear them.

I have been talking to people from the UK and Australia and they can't believe that the press won't report a word of this blatant corruption. I wonder if they is going to be a rally outside the Supreme Court, when the cases are being considered by the Supreme's. If I lived in DC I would go!..If there was enough people, it would be hard for even the local press to ignore.

Evidently our Senators and Representatives are as informed as the rest of America about Obama's citizenship status! With so many people writing, emailing and calling, it seems someone in DC would have done a little research to see what all the buzz is about.

There are two great sources of infomation you may be interested in reading: go to www.americanthinker.com and read "Why the Barack Obama Birth Certificate Issue is Legitimate"- great article. There is another article, but I can't remember the site. Go to Google and enter "Defining Natural Born Citizen, by P.A. Madison. This should answer your questions specifically about the Fourteenth Amendment. This is the first article I have read where I fully understood "natural born".

I just wrote letters to all of the Supreme Court Justices - to go in the mail tomorrow morning - and I included copies of these two articles with my letters. Just in case the Justices don't have time to do a lot of research!
