Great news. Some have seen my FB note about the Indiana committeeman verifying that the RNC passed a resolution exposing UN Agenda 21, unanimously. This is true. (See attached).  Now Oklahoma also verifies it. See below correspondence from Robert Semands, Govern Edmond Locally spokeperson, and please repost. Let's hold our GOP elected officials at all levels accountable to adhere to this RNC resolution. Are they Republican or not? Time to hold them accountable. Jay, the Progressive Marxists have gotten around that Constitutional Restriction by using the Legal Fiction of creating ICELI as an American Program. In actuality ICELI is just a cover for the UN Sustainable Development Program of Agenda 21. Ok, well there are 300 cities and towns in the country that have adopted the UN (Agenda 21) M.O. How this happens is a little beyond me because it is explicit in the Constitution that city's, town's states and so forth cannot adopt foreign government laws and regulations.

Rio + 20 will be June 22, 2012. It is:

1 redistribution of population according to resources.

2 Govt Control of land use for equitable distribution of resources

3 land use control by zoning and central planning

4 govt control of excessive profits from land use

5 Development rights must be held by Public authorities

6 protect the oceans against overfishing

7 publish and approve a "State of the Planet" report

8 Subscribe to a single one world agency for the environment

9 Appoint Global High Commissioner for future generations or 'ombudsperson'

Can Someone come up with a PDF link? I'm trying to track this down as proof. Talked with a 'fundraiser' this am. He was aware of something about the UN but didn't know anything about Agenda 21.

Currently, it says near the bottom: "RESOLVED , that the U.S. government and no state or local government is legally bound by the United Nations Agenda 21 treaty in that it has never been endorsed by the (U.S.) Senate, ..."

Shouldn't it say that NEITHER the US government NOR any state or local government are bound? Besides, even if the Senate did ratify it, no one is bound because, under the Supremacy Clause, only treaties made IN PURSUANCE of the Constitution become the Supreme law of the land.
