The House will vote on HR 5053 which would take some power away from the IRS to be able to target Americans on their political beliefs.

This legislation passing will be a win for the first amendment. On Wednesday, the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform will vote on censuring IRS Commissioner John Koskinen.

While impeachment should be the fate of the IRS Commissioner, censure is at least a step in the right direction and would be a win for the first amendment.
