We had SWAT or STAR teams for certain situations since the early 1970's but what is going on now would not have been tolerated by either the Brass or the Guys themselves, not to mention the public. Since 911 and the enactment of the Patriot Act everything has gone to hell in a hand cart. Whoever is behind the scenes promoting this should be taken out of circulation and placed in a cell with Charles Manson or a few of his friends.for poetic justice.
