THE FOLLOWING IS NOT SPECULATION, IT IS COLD HARD FACT!

These Executive Orders about declared 'Emergencies', have been in effect continuously since they were originated by the Kennedy Administration in 1962. Every President since then has either re-issued them, or added to them and re-issued them. By themselves they are nothing, not even law. Taken in conjunction with the Patriot Act and the Health Care Act including the provisions of those Acts that redefine Terrorism, Terrorists, and Terrorist acts they could be used to suspend the Constitution indefinitely. All it takes to implement them is a declaration of national emergency as defined by the Chief Executive. Funny about that, there is no Constitutional Authority for the President to declare a National Emergency. The orders give the Chief Executive the capability of originating Total Martial Law and having it enforced with a iron fist. Read the Orders for yourself.
