“FALSE MENENDEZ MIRACLE IN NEW JERSEY IN SUPPORT OF GROUND ZERO MOSQUE”

08/17/2010 - Yes that’s right, my header hit’s it and Senator Menendez smack dab in the center of (his hollow) head. Menendez has suddenly, BUT not surprisingly decided that he wants to abide by his interpretation of our U.S. Constitution when it serves his brain dead Treasonous Support of this “Ground Zero Mosque”!

His actions farther prove why this man MUST be RECALLED as one of our two renegade U.S. Senators, and Menendez, let me say it, shout it out, “MUST be RECALLED – FIRED” before the 2012 elections, to let not only our country, but also the entire world know that elected, HIRED officials such as him CAN and WILL be removed from office for violating the trust, and the will of “We The People ~ Residents” of the U.S.A that they where elected (HIRED) to honestly represent!

Question: What other religions, other then Islam, throughout the world has been at war with the world since it’s beginning, it’s birth? None! If there are any, I’m not aware of, nor have I heard of them? Only Islam has declared “Jihad, Holy War” on the world, and made the United States, our Constitution, and all religions practiced in the U.S.A. their, Islam’s enemy. No matter what anyone may say, It is the Radical Islamism’s that dictate, control how the religion is to be practiced, and who have declared and have taken an “Oath of JIHAD” not only against the U.S., but also the entire World, and recorded history, past to present prove this without any doubt.

Menendez has now decided that he wants New Jersey Residents, America, and Americans of every race, color and CREED too support the building of the “GROUND ZERO MOSQUE” and has chosen to site our constitution as a reason because it SERVES HIS WANTS”!!!

How ludicrous can you (he) get, after ignoring, pushing aside and attempting to change that very same U.S. Constitution that he now wants to use it as a self-serving tool for “HIS” support of the “Ground Zero Mosque”?

Don't you love how Democrats selectively invoke the U.S. Constitution, Save Jerseyans?

If something they want to achieve (like a "right" to abortion or healthcare) isn't already allowed for in the Framers' original document, Democrats promptly declare the Constitution "alive" and, without any hesitation or respect for republican principles, commence the grisly editing process. They're quite comfortably with constitutional revisionism when it suits them! But if the outcome of a debate in question impacts a desired Democrat constituency group (i.e. unions, minority groups, special interests, etc.), then Democrat legislators suddenly and magically transform into flag-waving strict constructionists and attempt to incite a manufactured constitutional crisis!

U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) epitomized this classic liberal hypocrisy earlier today as he came out swinging in support of the Ground Zero mosque:

.

"There is a price to be paid," Menendez (D-N.J.) said in an interview after a news conference in Garfield. "When I think of the Constitution and the oath I took, it is to support Jew and Gentile, Protestant and Catholic, Muslim and Christian. It doesn't have a limitation to it. I think it's incredibly dangerous for them to move down this path and it undermines a lot of their other arguments about the Constitution and the preservation of the Constitution and the importance of the Constitution and all of the rights that are derived from it. If they constantly talk about the motto of 'let's save our Constitution,' well here we go let's save it."

This is self-interested pseudo-intellectualism at its absolute worst, Save Jerseyans.

I think the brilliant Charles Krauthammer's Friday Washington Post op-ed on this topic says it all and thoroughly rebuts the factually bankrupt position of Menendez and his party:

America is a free country where you can build whatever you want -- but not anywhere. That's why we have zoning laws. No liquor store near a school, no strip malls where they offend local sensibilities, and, if your house doesn't meet community architectural codes, you cannot build at all.

These restrictions are for reasons of aesthetics. Others are for more profound reasons of common decency and respect for the sacred. No commercial tower over Gettysburg, no convent at Auschwitz -- and no mosque at Ground Zero.

Build it anywhere but there.

The governor of New York offered to help find land to build the mosque elsewhere. A mosque really seeking to build bridges, Rauf's ostensible hope for the structure, would accept the offer.

There are also serious, outstanding questions regarding a variety of issues, including whether this Imam has ties to Palestinian organizations and, if you can believe it, who actually owns the land! This is therefore neither the time nor the place for controversial political statements or liberal social engineering. There's always some other undiscussed options, too, in order to get to the same goal. Example? If Bob Menendez is truly concerned about Muslim outreach, he should consider reentering the real estate market and leasing some Hoboken property to this mosque's organization.
