IMMEDIATELY authorize the use of deadly force (live ammo), ordering all "ILLEGAL INVADER" border crossers and drug smugglers to be "shot/killed" on sight, no exceptions! Leave the "ILLEGAL INVADER" bodies, dead or alive, where they fall! These bodies will serve as an example of what happens to any and all "ILLEGAL INVADERS" crossing into the United States Illegally! 1. FIRST OFFENSE: $10,000.00 FINE AND 1 YEAR IN JAIL PER ILLEGAL INVADER FOR ANYONE HIRING ILLEGAL INVADERS AND CURRENTLY EMPLOYS THEM!! NO SLACK!! GO DIRECTLY TOJAIL, DO NOT PASS GO, GO DIECTLY TO JAIL!!

2. NO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL INVADERS, SEND ALL ILLEGALS (REGARDLESS OF BIRTHPLACE) BACK TO WHERE THEY CAME FROM ... NO AMNESTY!!!

3. The state of Kansas will construct a barb wire compound with tents only to temporarily detain all "illegal invaders". This compound will be identical to the POW compound that held thousands of north Korean and Chinese communist prisoners in Korea, during the Korean War winter & summer. National Guard engineers to construct the barb wire compounds.

4. The state of Kansas will equip and provision a "Minutemen" force to capture all "illegal invaders" within the cities, towns, townships, villages, etc within the borders of the state of Kansas. The captured "illegal invaders" will be detained in the newly constructed prisoner compound. This mission is to be accomplished with the use of National Guard troops and qualified Kansas citizen volunteers. We Kansas citizens must all get involved, that means you and I!!

5. The state of Kansas (all states) will be required to provide assistance in constructing a main barb wire compound with tents only to temporarily detain all "illegal invaders" at the USA and Mexican border for transfer to the Mexican authorities. See attachment for the main prisoner compound.

6. The state of Kansas will be required to transport their captured "illegal invaders" to the main barbed wire compound at the USA and Mexican border turning them over to the authorities in charge of the main compound.

7. The state of Kansas will continue to monitor all employers doing business in their individual cities, towns, townships, villages etc to ensure there are no "illegal invaders" being hired and or working for any employer in the state of Kansas. The $10,000.00 fine will double for each city, town, township, village etc and employer who does not comply and allows "illegal invaders" to be hired and worked.
