Remember that it must be used sparingly and judiciously by the public or it runs the risk of becoming passe' and will just be ignored. It needs to be used only a couple of days at a time when something like a price increase or other gaff by the Administration has hit the public consciousness. Otherwise it will become commonplace and ignored.
