Lt Commander Fitzpatrick Retired, served 20 years in the United States Navy and is locked up in jail in Monroe County, Tennessee. Reports are that he is locked up with no heat and he is being tortured at night by Chief Prock, who likes to taser the inmates for fun. Please call everyday until Christmas and ask how he is doing and if he has heat!

Let them know we know about the torturous behavior of Chief Prock. Contact anyone in the media you might know and ask them to cover this story. The FBI was down there the other day...Demand answers.
