Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

April:
I tend to agree with you, especially when it comes to Reps and Senators!
It's because they are so "swamped" with paperwork, details and the like ~ along
with the "demands" of the Office.

When it comes to their making decisions they base them upon the number, or amount,
of "responses" they hear for their own particular constituents. That may, or may not, be
good for the common good of the people. If, however, there IS a break-down in who will be
getting these "responses" to the Congressmen and Senators, they are then forced to rely
upon their own judgment and not the judgment of the people.

Coupled with that, we since 09-11-2001 have had the unfortunate "problem" of "tainted mail"
getting to our Representatives and Senators. (e.g. "powder," "dust," etc.) So, we've HAD TO
rely more so upon the internet for our responding to them.

In the case of the Court decisions, it is always best for the Judges/Justices to hear "first-hand"
from the people ~ as a "Friend of the Court," and all backed up by legitimate names, addresses
and proper cities, states and zips. I know this "process" takes a bit longer, but if we do it and do
it right the first time, or so, we establish precedence for future cases.

Does that seem correct to you? I hope so.

I hope I have answered your questions satisfactorily, and if you need me further, please contact
me.

God bless you and all your efforts!

Sincerely,

Charles Lingerfelt
