Deceived Arizona Students Protest Removal of Virulently Anti-American Propaganda From School
The so-called 'Mexican American Studies" class in question is the most racist, anti-American, hate-mongering propaganda I have seen in a school. It sounds like it was put together by La Raza or MEChA!
I'm glad that Glenn Beck and others are telling us about this. There is a HOT CULTURE WAR in Arizona, and the violent hatred and violent rhetoric, not to mention the violent, virulently anti-American propaganda shows us that we have MUCH to do to restore America, and Satan is not going to make it easy. He's going to use his minions in the flesh to stir people up to anger against Americans, especially those of us willing to stand up for our liberty. While Christ inspires us to love our neighbor, Satan tempts people to hate, he manipulates people to engage in activities which spread the shedding of blood, and the spreading of horror, on the earth.
So many claim that illegal aliens are just a bunch of innocent, hard-working Mexicans who are here for a better life. Those individuals ignore (at best), or deny the reality of the violent hatred of those who promote Aztlan, or the reconquista (the re-conquering) of the American SouthWest.

AZ High School Students Chain Themselves to Desks to Protest ‘Mexic...Posted on April 28, 2011 at 11:22am by Jonathon M. Seidl
Is this what the leftists had in mind when they called on the youth of the nation to rise up?
A Group of rowdy high school students chained themselves to desks at the local school board chambers in order to protest a curriculum change. They chanted, screamed, and banged their hands on the desks for two hours, preventing the meeting from taking place.
What deserved such an outburst?
According to KSAZ-TV, the students are upset that the board is considering no longer allowing a Mexican-American history class — a class that teaches history from a Mexican-American perspective — to substitute for the required U.S. history class:
As KSAZ explains, the class is being reconsidered because it may violate the following state “ethnic studies” class guidelines:
The news outlet reports:
A state law passed in December basically discouraged the classes, saying they segregate students. And this group of students wanted no part of it.
They took over the room, chanted “fight back,” and basically ran the governing board out of the meeting.
Security tried to come in and tried to take the students away, but many of them apparently chained themselves together.
This isn’t over though. The governing board is going to re-schedule its meeting to decide the fate of the classes.
UPDATE:
We’ve come across shocking excerpts from curriculum. You can views those in a follow-up story [below.].

Update: See Shocking Excerpts From Tucson‘s ’Mexican-American Studi...* Posted on April 28, 2011 at 2:53pm by Jonathon M. Seidl
Earlier today we brought you the story of how students chained themselves together at a local Tucson school board chamber to protest administrators who wanted to change the Mexican-American studies curriculum. Currently, a class that teaches history from a Mexican-American perspective is allowed to substitute for the required U.S. history class. But the school superintendent also wants to reevaluate the entire program (and possibly get rid of the class),* in part because it advocates the overthrow of the U.S. government.
Below are excerpts from the controversial curriculum, which (among other things) calls for abolishing Thanksgiving for a National Day of Atonement and includes the headline “Death to the Invader!”
But first, we‘ve also uncovered the superintendent’s findings, which he presented after he reviewed the curriculum. According to him, the Mexican-American Studies Program was found to include all of the below elements that are banned by state law:
Here are the words taken directly from the superintendent’s findings:
So what is so egregious about this program? We’ll let the documents (which were distributed as handouts) speak for themselves (courtesy of Tucsonans United for Sound Districts):
You can see more excerpts, including those from the class “Social Justice, Resistance, and Latino Literature,” here.
Included in the superintendent’s findings was a startling testimonial from a former Hispanic teacher in the district:
Considering the excerpts, it’s not hard to understand how that happened.

*According to an editorial in the Arizona Republic, the school board’s plan is not that radical (and some might argue not radical enough). The board only wants to make the classes true electives, instead of allowing them to substitute for core classes. So that means the disturbing handouts in this story would still theoretically remain in the classroom, just not as prevalent in the overall curriculum.
