ACTION ALERT: SB 1070: WRITE SUSAN BOLTON WHAT YOU THINK! HERE IS A GREAT LETTER BY A READER (SHORT, SWEET AND TO THE POINT). (I also find it interesting that she has outlawed a Federal Law that refers to all legal immigrants being required to carry ID on them at all times - don't understand how she can do that!). YOU MAY ALSO WISH TO TELL HER THAT APPARENTLY SHE HAS NO RIGHT TO HEAR THE CASE ACCORDING TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.

Dear Judge Susan Bolton,

Your recent ruling on the subject Arizona law assumes law enforcement will not do their job. This position is clearly inappropriate and demonstrates your liberal bias, ignorance and disrespect for law enforcement. In my opinion you care more about pleasing your liberal comrades than the legitimate duty of a judge, security of US citizens and the sovereignty of the United States. You will be shamed by ultimately being overturned. If you have any integrity at all, I expect you will then resign your judgeship.
