The SBA List is now fighting a free speech issue in the state of Ohio. Believe it or not, Congressman Steve Driehaus of Cincinnati, Ohio was attempting to use a criminal statute to silence the SBA List in their efforts to inform his constituents that his vote for Obamacare was a vote for taxpayer funded abortion. A three-member panel of the Ohio Election Commission just voted 2-1 on Thursday to allow Rep. Driehaus’ claim to proceed. That means there will be a full-blown hearing of the Ohio Election Commission where they could fine us thousands of dollars and even send Marjorie to jail for up to six months. We absolutely cannot back down but your help will be needed to “fight the good fight” by telling the truth about Obamacare.
