More than 3,000 people gathered on the capitol steps in Olympia on February 15, 2010, to tell their legislators they are taxed enough already. 17th District State Senator Don Benton, R-Vancouver, voices his support for their opposition to Senate Bill 6130 and other tax measures

Senator Don Benton Really shows his passion for the people.

I –960 was voted by the people, making it impossible for the spending spree to go on.

It was to take 2/3 of the majority to pass legislation to hike taxes up.

Not just change the rules as they go.

The house and senate is just disregarding what we the people have passed as law.

OUTRAGED!! AND WE SHOULD BE!

Its time to replace our state legislatures!

I am just totally disappointed in those who just refuse to be fiscally responsible.

No respect for the people just turn something over that we voted on.

This our STATE! Those who voted YEA Need to be FIRED!
