Back in June, long before the August rallys, tea parties, townhalls, and the March on DC, Congress passed the Cap & Trade - barely, after back room threats and the total uproar over the Republican 'Gang of Eight'. Lest we never forget who they were, here's the list to remember come their next election, because without their vote, it would not have passed.
