Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

UN Gun Ban Treaty is on the Horizon.

It will start with a simple National Registration of all guns, of course the information will be available to the UN who will oversee the project and enforce it from an International Stage. It will go on from there to a banning of all semi-automatic weapons including the Rifles, Pistols, and Shotguns that are primarily used for hunting. After a short while they will come for and confiscate the guns, and again the UN will enforce it. this time with their Communist Indoctrinated Troops ready to spill American Blood if any resistance is offered. When that dark day happens, we will no longer be a Free People, we will have become slaves to the whim of our masters. Obama, Hillary, Reid, Udall, and the rest of the Communist Oriented Senators who are pushing for a Quick out of the Public Eye Ratification so we won't have time to stop it. If they weren't planning on eventially enslaving the world, they would not even think of doing this. We must become Pro-Active and stop it cold right now!

We are being warned by the Gun Rights advocates that Obama and his crowd are ramping up in the Senate to quickly get the UN Gun Ban Treaty In and Ratified. Gunrunner was supposed to be the centerpiece that would set the stage for the Administration to show cause why we need to be a nation with every Gun Registered in a Central Registry under the control of the UN. I see a disaster brewing. I believe the Senators will use this as a bargaining chip to retain their control of the Senate seats they have and if they lose, they will take the same criminal avenue they did in the last Lame Duck Session. We are not up against Political beginners and we are not seeing the danger we are in. Look to history; Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Dictators all disarmed their citizens so they could make them Slaves to the State. We are now on the brink of the same dirty attack. We need to start Ramping up a Write in and Call in Campaign to tell the Senators that it would be Political Suicide for them to even think about ratifying such a treaty. We need to use every Political Maneuver we can to block this attack on our Liberty and Freedom. We all know this is being pushed hard by all the Communist and Socialist factions with full backing of the Soros Group. I suggest you start by writing and E-Mailing all the Conservative Senators and let them know where you and the rest of Free America stands on this issue. I'll go so far as to say if they pass that Gun Registration/Ban Treaty put forth by the UN we won't have to worry about the 2012 elections because there won't be any and we will either be in a Civil War again or we will be already subjugated and Slaves without any recourse to self protection from an Evil Out of Control Government. I wonder what their next trick will be to shock the public into asking to give up their guns and rights as free men. This Patriot said it better than I ever could ; " It does not take a majority to prevail...but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting the brush-fires of freedom in the minds of men... If ye love wealth better than Liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, go from us in peace. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!"  ( Samuel Adams)

The first part of the quote should scare the dickens out of everyone, because we have a group of irate tireless minority behind the attacks on our Liberty, and we know who they are. We have known since 2009 about them who would enslave us and the positions of Political Power and Financial power they hold. Why are we not screaming at the top of our lungs and peacefully marching in the streets against them and all their ilk? We have to be a more Irate and Tireless Minority to awaken the  Majority, and put the usurpers and destroyers of Freedom in their place now. Anyone who fails to see how the forces of evil are orchestrating the campaign against American Liberty and Freedom is just not looking. It's either that, or they have had too much of that electric Kool-Aid and it short circuited their minds. The Original Revolution started when the king sent the troops to confiscate the colonists guns, and we all know how that ended for the King. The fight for our Liberty and Freedom will only get harder from now until Our Presidential Pick takes over in January 2013. If all goes well, we will have a majority in both houses of Congress and the Presidency, and we can work towards getting Amendments to the Constitution to prevent any future Presidential Despot from trying this again. With Due Diligence and an untiring ethic we can restore the Republic and make it better for every American as well.

Schneiderman wins major gun-control case By Jordan Lipschik Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman recently won a noteworthy victory in preserving New York gun regulations. The state’s gun laws were challenged by a group that says the right to carry a concealed weapon should not require a special permit, making the law unconstitutional. September 19, 2011 Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman has won a significant legal battle concerning gun control in New York. The case of Kachalsky, et al. v. Cacace, et al, raised the question of whether or not individuals have a right to carry a concealed handgun in public. The Second Amendment Foundation, along with five individual plaintiffs, filed a federal lawsuit against Westchester County, seeking a permanent injunction against enforcement of a state law that requires a person applying for a concealed gun permit to show "good cause" for his or her application. The plaintiffs argued that this requirement infringes on their Second Amendment rights. Two of the plaintiffs, Alan Kachalsky and Christina Nikolov, applied for a permit and were denied. Kachalsky was denied because he could not "demonstrate a need for self protection distinguishable from that of the general public" and Nikolov because she could not prove that there was "any type of threat to her own safety anywhere." The constitutional challenge was rejected by Southern District Judge Cathy Seibel who, agreeing with the state's gun control laws, granted the state a motion for summary judgment and dismissed the plaintiff's case. The plaintiffs cited two recent Supreme Court decisions in their arguments. In the 2007 case of District of Columbia v Heller and the 2009 case of McDonald v. City of Chicago, the court confirmed that the right to bear arms is guaranteed not only to citizens who own firearms for militia purposes, but who wish to possess them for lawful reasons, and that this right is guaranteed not only by the federal government, but applies to state governments as well, as per the Fourteenth Amendment. Schneiderman's office represented the defendants. Along with Westchester County, Susan Cacace and Jeffrey Cohen were named as defendants because they both served as handgun permit licensing officers for Westchester County. The defendants argued that the "proper cause" provision was not unconstitutional because it did not violate the precedents set by the Supreme Court in Heller and McDonald. Seibel agreed with the defendants, ruling that the Second Amendment does guarantee a person's right to keep and bear arms in his home, but does not guarantee without restriction, a person's right to carry concealed handguns in public. Seibel went on to elaborate that even if the Second Amendment did guarantee that right, New York State's "proper cause" provision would still be considered constitutional because the law exists to preserve the important government interest of promoting public safety by cutting down crimes committed by concealed handguns. She additionally ruled that the provision did not violate the Equal Protection clause of the Constitution because it didn't discriminate between license applicants. Despite his organization's loss in New York State Southern District Court, Dave Workman, spokesman for the Second Amendment Foundation, remains optimistic. "I think it's a little too soon for the defendants to be having a victory dance ... this case is going to be appealed," he said. "Our attorney Alan Gura lost the two cases (Heller and McDonald) ... in the lower courts, but managed to bring them all the way to the Supreme Court ... he won where it counts." Executive Vice President of the Second Amendment Foundation Alan Gottlieb echoed Workman's sentiment. "Thanks to our recent victory before the Supreme Court, the Second Amendment now applies to state and local governments. Our lawsuit is a reminder to state and local bureaucrats that we have a Bill of Rights in this country, not a 'Bill of Needs,'" Gottlieb said. Executiv

America did not become the great country she is through resignation and fear. We will not give up our guns. We will give as good as we get. We will not give up our country. We will not fear nor despair. If we must, we will fight to the bitter end.
