WAS JIMBO SNUBBED BY KIM JONG IL? Or does IL know something Obama doesn't?

WAS JIMBO SNUBBED BY KIM JONG IL? Or does IL know something Obama doesn't?

A year ago Bill Clinton traveled to North Korea to help release two American hostages, being held by the IL regime on trumped up charges of spying. The North Korean dictator had, until Clinton agreed to make the trip, rejected several other emissaries, among them Al Gore.

The hostages were released, but not before the NORK's milked Clinton's role in the hostage release for all the propaganda it could squeeze out of the event.

The Washington Post reported, "...During the visit, Kim hosted a banquet in Clinton's honor, and U.S. officials said the men held talks that lasted more than three hours. State media broadcast images showing a dour-looking Clinton and a smiling Kim. And the KCNA report summarizing the trip was remarkably positive, speaking of "building the bilateral confidence" and "improving the relations between the two countries." Vanguard of Freedom asks, at what cost and at what price?

This year the "émissaire de choix" is Jimmy Carter, who is touted by U.S. officials as being on a private, humanitarian, effort for the release of another NORK hostage, Aijalon Mahli Gomes, who crossed into North Korea from South Korea, was captured, accused of having hostile intentions, sentenced to eight years hard labor, and fined $700,000.

Carter's previous visit to North Korea was as a "free-lancer," when he supposedly brokered a deal to reign in North Korea's nuclear ambitions. Carter went there during the Clinton administration and later blamed the botched negotiations on George Bush, never acknowledging the NORK history of appearing to make some agreements, while simply buying time to go ahead with their plans, a tactic, which Iran appears to emulate, by the way. (What a coincidence that Iran has also been taking hostages and currently holds three Americans, tourists that wandered across their border, but are accused of spying.)

But Carter, this time, was not greeted in North Korea by Kim Jong Il. There is no word about the success or failure of his mission to free Gomes, and, amid speculation that Carter might again go "rogue" and try to broker another deal with the NORKs, we have learned that IL has gone to China. (CLICK HERE FOR STORY)

So what does this have to do with anything, besides the release of Gomes?

Well, if it is any indication of what the Obama administration has up its sleeve, we know that they have previously made enormous concessions to the Russians regarding the nuclear issue, and that the U.S. continues useless sanctions against Iran regarding their nuclear proliferation.

We also know that North Korea's Step-Parent-State, China, has recently evolved weapons delivery systems, and that their ability in that sphere "evolved" from technology taken from the U.S. via espionage.
(Click here for more on that story).

Vanguard of Freedom suspects "back-door" diplomacy betwixt "Socialist" friends, and is not backing off from asking the key questions. Is the "rogue" emissary, Jimmy Earl, set to give the farm away to the eastern communist bloc, under the guise of a benevolent "favor for hostage" deal? What did Hil-Bill give away, a year ago when those hostages were released?

The tit for tat in the East has gone on far too long, and with each "tat" it appears that the only ones that gain advantage are China and North Korea. The recent sinking of a South Korean ship, has still remained unanswered, except for naval exercises by U.S. and South Korean forces, a mild response to clear North Korean aggressive provocations for war.

At stake in the area are the economic and security issues of players India, Pakistan, Japan, and Taiwan on the one hand, and North Korea, Russia, and China on the other.

It has always been to China's and Russia's advantage to have Pakistan and India at odds with each other, and judging from the long standing dangerous rift between those two nuclear powers, any effort by anyone to mend fences between the two volatile forces, which the U.S. appears to be doing by helping Pakistan against al-Qaeda and the Taliban, would be clearly seen as a threat by the Neo-Soviet Putinist regime and its Socialist allies, the Chinese.

Not exactly lacking in importance in these matters is the firmly grounded notion that Jimmy Carter is almost solely responsible for the unleashing of the Islamo-Terrorist threats and protracted war against the United States by Jihadists. It was his meddling in Iranian politics during his term, which resulted in a deposed Shah of Iran and the installation of the terrorist regime of the Ayatollah Khomeni, the taking of U.S. hostages and the resultant crisis, which did not end until Ronald Reagan assumed the Presidency in 1980, but left in place a firmly established regime, well known as a state sponsor of International Terrorism.

The Socialist induced Indo-Pak conflict has become even more obvious, as we observe cooperation between Russian and Iranian elements, with regard to nuclear proliferation in Iran, and an outright refusal of China to reign-in the Stalinist North Korea.

So to answer the question, "What does Jimbo's "freelance" visit to the NORKs have to do with anything?" we must answer: EVERYTHING.

And it is beyond "scary" to think that the man who is responsible for the current Islamo-Terrorist threat against the United States, is the one that has been, either secretly dispatched to negotiate on our behalf with a regime that is firmly dedicated against our interests, or has inserted himself in the middle of a crisis that is on the verge of exploding into a massive regional war with all the major nuclear powers involved.

Now, mind you, recall what Kim Jong IL did when Clinton went to visit. Jimmy Carter comes to town, and Kim Jong IL heads to China?

One wonders what kind of an administration, or President (with his finger hovering over the nuclear button) sends such an "emissary" into that kind of a situation? What do you think it will do to the stock market, our economy this week-end, and if Jimbo botches negotiations again, what will be the condition of the world, this time next week?

(?) Beuller? Anyone?

You tell me.
