"What's a government to do?"

The Declaration of Independence says the government exists to ensure our inalienable rights. Our founding fathers, having suffered from the burden of oppressive government themselves, created our Constitution to limit the powers of government and prevent government from interfering with its citizens' personal affairs.

Today, however, government seems to feel its place is to dictate to all its citizens their every action. Along the way, our government has attained new powers that it was never meant to have by the founders. Multiple examples exist of this fact. Government is ignoring the U.S. Constitution. We all live within stricter and stricter guidelines set by our government. The U.S. government is gaining more and more control over us as we continue to lose constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms.

The writer of this article believes that at the point government begins to enter private property "without a properly executed warrant", people will realize what has happened and government will have to "answer to, and finally yield to the unstoppable power of free people".
