When Contacting the U. S. Supreme Court Justices!!

The following is information everyone should know and action to take regardless of for whom you voted.

Note: It has been suggested that we all sign our letters: "A Friend of the Court."

There are two issues regarding Senator Obama:

1. his birth certificate proving that Obama was born in Hawaii. (If he was!)
2. his citizenship papers showing that Obama has U.S. citizenship.

In Indonesia, there are school records showing he was registered as Barry Soetero, with Indonesian citizenship. At age 10, Obama left Indonesia, using an Indonesian passport, to move back to Hawaii. At that point, he should have re-applied to become a citizen of the U.S.

Facts: Obama has yet to release birth certificate or citizenship documents (as well as others!)
Why? It is a simple thing to present and stop the speculation and unify the country with the truth.

Fact: There have been state lawsuits filed and/or prepared in WA, FL, NC, CO, CA, OH, FL, CT, GA, TX, MI. Related lawsuits in HI, US District.

Some have been dismissed but they plan to refile. Andy Martin's lawsuit in Hi goes to court on November 18. By Mr. Martin starting in the District Court and with the reasons he is using, he actually has a very good chance of getting the standing that is needed. I read a long article on this last night on a law review.

Fact: Supreme Court lawsuits have been filed in PA and NJ~

The key fact surrounds two conversations between the plaintiff-appellant and a key Secretary of State Election Division official wherein the official admitted, twice, that the defendant-Secretary just assumed the candidates were eligible taking no further action to actually verify that they were, in fact, eligible to the office of President. These conversations took place on October 22nd and 23rd.

"Due to some very unorthodox treatment of the case in the NJ Appellate Division, and also by the US Supreme Court Clerk's office, a press conference is now being prepared to coincide with the re-submission of the Stay application to Justice Clarence Thomas."

However, the papers will be given to all the Supreme Court Justices to review.

In PA, the first filed lawsuit was by Phil Berg. It is now in the Supreme Court and Obama's lawyers have to answer the Writ by Dec 1. See Mr. Berg's website: obamacrimes.com

There are postings about this on numerous blogs stating that Obama has to present his BC by Dec 1. If you read this, please correct it. The judge has not ordered anything! Obama's lawyers most likely will answer with another motion, which Mr. Berg will answer, then the judge will probably make a decision on whether to proceed. It jeopardizes the case for false information to be floating around the internet, per his assistant with whom I have spoken.

There is also an issue of who has the right to file and have standing, which brings us to the electoral committee. The electors are the ones who have to do the "official voting" for the people; therefore, they need to be sure the candidate for whom they are voting is eligible to be President. As of a couple of days ago, 24 electors have joined in the lawsuits asking for Obama to present his documents.

The electors record their votes on six "Certificates of Vote," which are paired with the six remaining original "Certificates of Ascertainment." The electors sign, seal and certify the packages of electoral votes and immediately send them to the President of the Senate, the Archivist of the United States and other designated Federal and State officials.

* December 24, 2008 - Deadline for Receipt of Electoral Votes: The President of the Senate, the Archivist of the United States, and other designated Federal and State officials must have the electoral votes in hand.
* January 6, 2009 - Counting Electoral Votes in Congress: The Congress meets in joint session to count the electoral votes (unless Congress passes a law to change the date).
Things we can do to assure that Obama is eligible to be President and that our constitution is upheld:

1. Send a letter to all Supreme Court Justices requesting for them to please ensure our constitution is upheld and that Senator Barack Obama presents his birth certificate and citizenship papers to prove his eligibility to be President.

When writing to Chief Justice Roberts, please make sure the envelope is addressed to:

Sample letter:

I am writing to ask you to please uphold our constitution by verifying the eligibility of Barack Obama to be the President of the United States. There is much speculation and the only way for the country to feel secure that he is eligible is for you to settle this matter.

Please request Barack Obama to present his birth certificate to the courts for verification. Please also request any citizenship papers showing he acquired U.S. citizenship when he moved from Indonesia back to Hawaii. This latter request is due to school records from Indonesia showing he was enrolled as Barry Soetero, with Indonesian citizenship.

Thank you for your honorable service to our country and for upholding our Constitution in these trying times.
