THE U.S. SUPREME COURT THAT PERTAIN TO THESE MATTER'S, WHICH ARE STILL ACTIVE.

I stand on a point of order under Standing
Order No.20 to seek leave for adjournment of
the House to discuss the American presidential
election results.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the
President-elect, Mr. Obama is a son of the soil of this country. (bold added by me) Every other country in this
continent is celebrating the Obama win. It is
only proper and fitting that the country which
he originates from should show the same
excitement, pomp and colour. I, therefore, seek
leave of the House that we adjourn to discuss
the issue.

Adjournment so that we could also continue
the celebrations of having a Kenyan ruling the
USA? I humbly request!

CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO
PRESIDENT-ELECT BARRACK OBAMA
Hon. Members, as you may be aware,
the people of the United States of America
have just had a historic election where the son
of this soil, Barrack Hussein Obama, has been
elected the 44th President of the United States
of America and the first African-American
President in the history of that country

THOSE STATEMENT'S SHOULD WARRANT INVESTIGATION
BY OUR ELECTED OFFICIAL'S..

There are many other fact's to be considered, a few are:
1) Obama's Father was a British citizen subject of Kenya in
1961, and NEVER a U.S. citizen. A "natural-born citizen"
require's "BOTH" parent's to be a U.S. citizen.
2) Obama's Mother was not old enough to pass U.S. citizenship
onto her son. International Law state's that a "child" born shall
inherit the "FATHER'S" Nationality and citizenship.
3) Obama's Mother "re-married" to Lolo Soetoro who adopted
Barack Obama and changed his name to Barry Soetoro so
he could become a Indonesian Citizen, a requirement in order
to attend school in Jakarta at that time as a Muslim.
4) A short form "Certificate of Live Birth" (colb) was posted on
several website's including "Factcheck" that has been
examined by several "expert's" and considered a "forgery".

5) Hawaii Statute 338-17.8 allowed for a "child born"
out of the territory of Hawaii, or country, a parent OR friend
to file for a (colb) for the child born, as long as they met the
"one year" resident requirement of living in Hawaii.

6) Beside's "other" consideration's is the FACT that Obama/?
could SIMPLY provide his Long Form Birth Certificate to
confirm "Where" he was born, instead of hiring Lawyer's,
and spending over $800,000 thousand dollar's to prevent it.
WHY HAS HE NOT PROVIDED HIS RECORD'S !

Thank You for your comment's. However there are some
other "Theories" as to why Obama is evading the Birth certificate issue.
One is that Obama Sr. was NOT his biological father.
Some have suggested that "Frank Marshall Davis" was his
real Father. Only a DNA test can tell, which would be almost
impossible to get. (copy & paste for a interesting read)

Unfortunately, if Davis was the real father it might make him

If this applies to all citizens. I think that most of us, at least on this site are covered, because we have already written letters to the courts and our public officials(fat lot of good that has done)
