Thank you, Thomas. I am excited to get involved! Where do you have a need for services? I am pretty good at marketing and procuring. I graduated in the top 5% of writers in my class from WSU in 2003, so if you need articles written, proofed, etc., I can be of help there too.
PEOPLE...we have just created a Tea Party group for Washington State. This movement was created by Ken Morse and is now waiting for your part in taking our country back from the LIEberals. The site is: www.olympiateaparty.ning.com
We look forward to seeing you there and in order to be apart of the solution, we need everyone who cares about this great country to be there.
Hi Tom:
1) I only have 180 bucks for you so far (T-shirts) and
2) Because the board meeting went a little long and since no one had reserved a spot at the Rob McKenna dinner/speech anyway, but...
3) Chuck Miller asked if he could address the group on illegal immigration. I told him I would forward the idea to you, so...
4) Ryan Hart actually presented the idea that perhaps the Republican party would buy your shirts at some discounted rate, and sell them through the website. I told him I would check with you and the group.
Sorry Tom, I have never sent a message within WTP much less
add and attachment. However, I saw this poster that is popping up
in LA and thought is was very striking and thought provoking.
It is about as scary, as he is.
Parker
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and invite you to join our group, We The People. Like you, many Americans across this nation participated in the "tea party movement" in response to our anger and frustration over the massive, out-of-control spending and expanse of power being perpetrated by the federal government. As the "bail-out mania" continued with no end in sight, many of the silent majority joined a variety of groups in an effort to express their displeasure with the direction of the country.
We The People in Clark County are focusing our efforts on fiscal policy and preservation of the Constitution. Our goal is to become educated and informed and work on local, state and federal issues where we believe we can make a difference. We believe our elected officials are accountable to us and we expect that they uphold shared values of integrity and honesty. In that regard, we plan to identify future candidates who will work for a fiscally conservative agenda and who we can support. We are currently planning an event on Flag Day, June 14; and many of us will join other groups for 4th of July activities. While we maintain our independence, there may be times when we work with other groups in support of shared state or federal issues.
We would like to invite you to join us for a family friendly picnic on June 27 at Esther Short Park in Vancouver. (Add specific details). Because we believe in personal responsibility, we belive it is now up to us to work toward protecting the future for our children and grandchildren. If not us, who? If not now, when?
Wow. Good to see you and love your role, Thomas. Let's get together and talk about what we might do for Washington. I'll even trade you roles if you can get people to do anything at all besides gripe.
Thanks for joining We The People USA. This site was created to keep people informed about all the issues stemming from the 2008 election and general issues that affect our every day lives. We're now in the processes of organizing State Action groups to meet with elected officials, agency representatives and other citizens within your state and community. This initiative is new and more information about the activities we are planning will be coming soon. We have been working with several like-minded groups over the last several months who are already organizing on a State and Local level, so thank you for locating your State's Action Group and joining other members in your state as we work towards taking back our Country.
In addition to our own groups, we are working with other patriotic organizations in the freedom movement to build a United Coalition. This would allow all groups/organizations to come together under one umbrella organization. I have created a specific group on this site for this effort called the United Coalition of We The People USA. If you haven't heard about the Coalition, please take the time to read more about it in Welcome/FAQ Letter that I have prepared. And, if you already belong to other social networks or organizations, please help us get the message out about our State initiatives and the United Coalition.
I encourage every member on this site to be active in posting their thoughts and opinions. If you think this site has value, please spread the word by clicking the "Invite" button on the top, just inside the banner, so you can email others on your contact list and ask them to become members.
On this site, you will find is a Member Reference Center under our Forum tab which has a ton of information if you are searching for the best way to contact your elected officials and government agencies.
If you're interested in following the Presidential eligibility lawsuits or the electorate actions that transpired, we have groups following that too. Again, there are plenty groups to join, so please check out the Groups page and do a quick search.
This site also has a live chat feature. To learn how to use the Chat feature, click here. And, if you are active in any outside initiatives, you can post your latest Event on the Events page or if you host any Radio Shows, Conference Calls or Meetings, you can also post them there too, or in the Forum section under the appropriate catagory.
Here, anyone can write a Blog article and all members are allowed to comment on anything that is posted. Please search for the blog article "Members, Please Remember To Mind Your Manners," if you are not sure about blogging etiquette.
If you click the links at the top, just inside the banner, you'll see that some tabs have sub-tabs which link to articles, news and videos. We even have a TV Player under the Videos tab, and while you're clicking around, be sure to check out the WTPUSA Video Playlist and Forum section.
So, please make yourself at home and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Welcome again and thanks for helping "preserve our Republic."
