BigOne5555J of YouTube created the video -- Obama is being asked to either provide proof that he is an natural born citizen, as required by the Constitution of the United States, or to step down.
We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education, Inc. wants to run the text in a full page ad in USA Today. Donations are needed. They are presently short about $83,000.
