It is a confusing and convoluted PDF, and it takes a long time to get through it. however it showcases the case for widespread interference by foreign actors and nations on the 2020 election process, and implies other instances as well. That's my personal take away from it.

I couldn't follow this. Seem like the type of evidence to be presented in court, and dissected there.

The real problem is that peoples' grievance about stolen election was dismissed by the very powers whose job is to listen to grievances, e.g. courts. Those who understand how societies work know that when grievances of enough people are dismissed and laughed at, things will happen. You can crap on people only for so long. In my view the first little taste of things to come are recent events in DC. I talked with people who were there, in person, in the crowd. and what they tell me is not what you see in the media. But then again, those on this site aren't surprised.
