Crooked politicians must be held accountable for the crimes they have done. Trump is the only one who will do it. To elect a POTUS who will not prioritize fixing our criminal political system will not be good enough for me.We will not get another one like Trump ,who will bitch slap the evil out of Washington politics..No one can deny that Trump is crazy enough to do it. Both political parties are after the same carrot, political power which translates to wealth. To achieve political power one must achieve the most votes. One party uses give a ways to bribe voters the other party uses fear and tries to shrink the voter base to hopefully end up with the majority of votes. The party that encourages voter participation is generally the one that wins. If republican would stop judging and trying to put people into defined groups they would go a long way in addressing the majority of citizens with their ideas. I don't think that is possible. Republican have a difficult time just trying to keep republicans split into many categories. That is just how republican respond to different views. If you have a different view you must be labeled and placed in a specific group.

The reason WW2 ended as it did is because we took charge of the War!!!!!.

those are all valid point TVC, but determination of the Russian forces is what did HItler's army in enabling the American troops to go in an finish the job with Germany. Had Russia not been so determined and Hitler not making a fool mistake attacking Russia, Hitler would have continued cruising along. American payed a big price defeating a weaken German army but that would not have been possible without Russia's blows to their forces.

The German army was moving on Russia because they were strong enough to beat them. Hitler`s commanders made huge logistic mistakes. They ran out of fuel and supplies. They were stretched to thin. Fighting on too many fronts. And then we put an all out offensive on called D-DAY. This put the German forces behind the 8 ball and could never recover.But the fact is If the German army just fought the Russian`s. The Russian`s would have been crushed.

Recall that Britain was an island nation while Germany was in the center of Europe abutted by a pretentious Russia and a vengeful France. Additionally the equally wise Gerd Von Moltke understood the danger of a two front war and refused to entertain it.

The consequences of this were fateful as the Treaty w/Russia was then allowed to lapse, opening the door to the French. Further political Generals ascended among the General Staff replacing the prudent Prussians who were the catalysts for Germany's ascendancy. This played out in the catastrophe of the Great War, which Germany should have won easily and quickly; sparing mankind virtually every horror of the 20th century.

Hitler, a product of the trenches was devoid of both any historical sense and prudence. So he simply bulled his way into Russia w/predictable military consequences.

that was my only point, Germany made a poor decision to march into Russia when they didn't need to. The Russians fought definitely taking on many casualties but changing the whole movement of the German forces. American and allied forces where able to come in and finish the job. That would not have been possible without Russia's efforts.
