Planned Parenthood has been caught selling aborted babies' body parts. It has been referred for criminal prosecution by both the House and Senate.

And right before he left office, President Obama snuck in a deadly regulation banning states from defunding Planned Parenthood.

He’s no longer in office, but President Obama’s regulation is forcing you to fund Big Abortion.

Congress must repeal the regulation. Legally, Congress can roll it back, but it needs to take action in the next few weeks before it’s too late.

The House of Representatives took action to repeal the regulation last week. Now, the Senate must act.

We’re aggressively fighting on Capitol Hill to ensure no American is forced to fund abortion. Our legal team is preparing briefs to take action in federal court.
