Today President Obama announced his nomination choice to fill Justice Antonin Scalia's vacancy and now the political Left has already launched a full effort to attempt to bypass the will of the American people and rush a confirmation process. Thankfully, the Republicans in the Senate have thus far voiced strong objections to rushing a confirmation hearing.

The reality is that Americans do not want Justice Scalia's vacancy to be filled with another far-left Obama nominee. We must do everything we can TODAY to make sure the Senate understands that there can be NO HEARINGS until after the election when we have had a chance to voice our opinion.

I got this same message in the mail.

Here are my concerns. Yes, I'd love that the GOP win the contest between Obummer and the Senate, But!

The scene: Because of what the GOP is doing - we get Trump, or Cruz, or even worse they pick Jeb Bush or Paul Ryan and they win; but we lose Congress, both House and Senate. Now the GOP President chooses a new nominee; will it get accepted? Troubles.

OR: Because of the GOP's tactics, HillaryDillary wins, and now she gets to pick the nominee. She probably has a better chance of having a Democratic Congress - even though, normally, we vote to keep Congress the opposition party. So, again our Supreme Court has been taken over.

Sure isn't the best of choices.
