Obama's Executive Order, Is It Just Another Way To Circumvent Constitutional And Legislative Law?

Much has already been said about Obama's end run around Congress, (Congress being tacitly complicit with this so far), and the Second Amendment with his Executive orders on Gun Control to supposedly close the "Gun Show Loophole". By the way, that phrase is Gov-code for all private sales, even those which are protected by law. the Loop hole is basically the private sales between American Citizens notwithstanding the controls already on the books in every State concerning the transfer of Hand Guns.

The President has just narrowed the private sales loop hole by illegally granting powers to the DOJ to act against any private law abiding  citizen to keep them from selling guns at gun shows, over the internet, etc. without the citizens having an FFL and doing the necessary paperwork. This is an extension of the 1968 law that prevented sales of ;long guns through the mails and required every gun dealer to obtain an FFL to continue doing business complete with the confusing paperwork which if any mistakes were innocently made, would bring down the wrath of the BATFE.

Luckily for us, the Obamanator  can't completely close the private sales loop hole by himself because it would take Congress acting on it to reverse the laws already on the books. The petty dictator (Obama) cast a sly dig at Congress by stating he would not leave them off the hook on this issue. 

Many Democratic Party hacks are already tripping over their feet to get on board with the Dictator's latest Coup against the Second Amendment. Take that really far left Democratic/Socialist from the anti-gun haven Massachusetts Sen Elizabeth Warren. Warren has made a public statement that she will defeat the NRA at every level at a press conference Wednesday. She also made it clear that when the Democratic/Socialists take control of congress there will be some legislation coming down the pike that will make Massachusetts Draconian laws look tame by comparison. All this in flagrant disregard of what the majority of the Law abiding Public wants. Seems it Seems to me that kind of legislation strikes a harmonious note with the Criminal element and the nut jobs, since it will make their forays into violence much safer for them.

Lets get back on the subject of The Constitution Shredding, America hating, Possibly Racist, Obamanator (My Opinion). Seems like a few years ago Obama and his (In)Justice Department (again my personal opinion) was not so picky about those nasty racists and Felons having guns. I'm talking about the New Black Panthers of course. could it be he did not vett them because they were Black Brothers?  you decide on that one, I'm not touching it. With his newest Executive Orders he is technically forcing Private Citizen Law Abiding Americans to act as if they were Federally Sanctioned Gun Dealers as well as voicing his desire to put the names of certain Americans on a list that would arbitrarily prevent them from having guns.

Somehow, there's a dark underside to that "Wrong Persons" remark since he obviously did not mean the New Black Panthers. Take the case of Jerry Jackson, don't remember him? He was the one wielding a billy club at the Philadelphia polls and was armed. It is illegal under federal law (18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1)) for any felon to possess a firearm.  He is also a Democratic Party elected Official. Strange how felons can be elected to public Office isn't it, or is it only to Democratic Office? Just in case you were wondering, On January 10, 1979, Jackson was sentenced for robbery and criminal conspiracy convictions, both first degree felonies under Pennsylvania law.

 

So the question remains, what are we going to demand Congress do about this travesaty of Justice that has been inflicted on us by Obama's Executive Orders?

According to a few of Obama's Czars, their job is now to make permanent his EOs - gun control, immigration, and take over of lands. How are they accomplishing this? Seems they are upgrading the agencies and building plans within to accomplish their wishes and Obama's.  I understand some of the rhetoric that according to their planned structures of these agencies, new Presidents have no way to stop the agencies from doing what they were set up to do.  I can't understand how this would work, because the President can remove the heads of agencies and replace (with Senate's vote.)
I'm asking others for help here - anyone know about this behind the scenes effort to make permanent gun control, Obama's immigration plans?

EO's are only in force during the presidents term that initiated them, unless the following president decides to keep them in force. theoretically the next President could decide to eliminate all the previous EO's. That is what I would like to see.

That is my belief too, but if the agencies themselves are changed with their unelected Directors, who's controlling them?  And yes, I'd believe that the next President could do the same -undo the EOs with his own. But still we have uncontrolled agencies.

U.S. Attorney General Vows to Make Obama’s Gun Laws PERMANENT

 (Breitbart) – For all those who revel in the fact that there are 374 days until President Obama finally gets the hell out of the White House, a cautionary note: Obama and his colleagues are rigging the bureaucracy so that their unique brand of “hope and change” extends far beyond their tenure.

The latest evidence: Attorney General Loretta Lynch told New York Magazine this week, “My goal is to position the [Department of Justice] where it will carry on in all of these issues long after myself and my team have moved on.” She was responding specifically to questions about how she planned to prosecute gun sellers under Obama’s new executive actions.

Lynch, unlike her predecessor Eric Holder, isn’t a bomb-thrower. Like President Obama before his self-deification, Lynch hides behind vagary and a general sense of reasonableness. “We went in thinking We’re going to ask her the toughest questions we can come up with,” says Steven Edwards, a lawyer who interviewed Lynch for a local bar publication. “And we couldn’t lay a glove on her.” As New York Magazine states, Lynch simply ran out the clock on Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)’s (R-TX) questions to her during her confirmation hearings. But there’s no doubt that Lynch reflects President Obama’s agenda. Lynch has spent time opening federal cases on the Baltimore Police Department after the in-custody death of Freddie Gray and against 14 officials in international FIFA corruption as though Americans care deeply about the nature of corrupt international soccer.

She’s also threatened to prosecute those who use “anti-Muslim rhetoric [that] edges toward violence” and said that her “greatest fear” is the “incredibly disturbing rise of anti-Muslim rhetoric.” Only after conservative media outcry did Lynch back down, downgrading her comments to state that she would only prosecute “deeds, not words.” On that same score, Lynch refused to tell media after the San Bernardino terror attack whether the perpetrators were “radicalized.”

And, of course, Lynch has not yet launched an indictment of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, despite widespread evidence of lawbreaking that would have landed any other public figure at a defense table long ago.

Despite all of this, New York Magazine treats her as a political moderate rather than merely a smart political operative, describing her “sense that often the people who seem to be on opposite sides of an issue aren’t necessarily opposed.” She’s no radical, you see—she’s just someone who wants us all to get along.

Of course, New York Magazine actually thinks she’s just like Obama:

Her agenda would be ambitious even if it weren’t coming amid what amounts to a national freak-out about public safety — whether the fear is directed toward guns, the police, terrorists, or the government itself. “I understand people are concerned. I understand that they’re afraid. It’s human to feel that fear and that concern. People want to be safe — I understand that—that’s why I’m here. That’s my job,” she says. But as she’s watching the country flip its collective gourd, she’s concerned, she says, “that people, out of understandable fear and concern, are falling into this trap, are falling into a rhetoric and a dynamic that our enemies want us to have. I always resist that.” In that way, Loretta Lynch is much like her boss: She refuses to freak out.

She’s very much like her boss in another way, too—she’s not afraid to use her power to push her agenda.
