Received this survey (and of course, request for money) Apparently, the state dept. is planning to give Russia access /ownership? Wrangell Island (3,000 miles of land) where they will be able to build a military base and the following islands Bennett Island, Jeannette Island, Henrietta Island, Copper Island, Sea Lion Rock, and Sea Otter Rock.  The Pres. and Kerry claim that these islands actually belong to Russia, in spite of the  fact that Americans surveyed, discovered, and border these islands.

I don't understand all this. So am  willing to offer up this information hoping that others here on this site have information to clarify this situation. Russia is now claiming the oil reserves in this area..

True or not true. 

I do know that Russia and China have been aggressively patrolling these waters outside our Alaska borders.
