Facts always speak for themselves. Liberal ,Democratic States fall a few shades short of being true Patriots....Who is the givers, and who are the takers.Democrats need to never use the term Patriot when speaking of themselves.

In Wisconsin, there are so many farms and farmers, I can believe some of the lower enlistments are due to that. Both my brothers joined up, Jack went into the army and was stationed in Germany, Donald went the Navy and worked with the decoders of secrets. He was one of 30 who were given commendations. . Anyway, my grandparents - both legal immigrants from Norway, had 7 children, 3 sons. Two of the boys died in World War II, and the parents received gold stars. My dad served in the Army over in Germany, and came back - refusing to talk about the war.  My youngest daughter's husband served in Desert Storm and also Granada. He was in the National Guard and served as an MP. While in Iraq, he was stationed at the toxic dumps. Of course, our grand Senator Tammy Baldwin was one of the Democrats who stopped the use of safe face masks for the soldiers, serving over  there. He died later of Cancer - one of the illnesses that was posted in a letter to all service men who had served in Iraq.  

This article does speak for itself. Clinton, Obama, both never served in the military, one of them (Clinton) - left the country to avoid a potential draft.  And that is my concern. Back when the Constitution was drafted, every man involved was in some way knowledgeable about military issues.  And so, to make the President be also the Commander-in-Chief made sense to them.  Now, we have a President that has no knowledge about military life, no knowledge of what wars and training is necessary to support and protect our country. So I believe that an Amendment be drafted to separate the Presidency from the Military. For now, our biggest problem is getting America back to it's Constitutional roots. Then later, perhaps, this can be something to work out. IMO.
