Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic
This past Sunday GOP frontrunner Donald Trump appeared on CBS’ 60 Minutes for a one-on-one interview with Scott Pelley about the state of the race and to discuss Trump’s specific positions on certain issues. The most enlightening moment came when the discussion turned to healthcare and Trump had the opportunity to excoriate Obamacare (rightly).
“Obamacare’s going to be repealed and replaced. Obamacare is a disaster if you look at what’s going on with premiums where they’re up 40, 50, 55 percent,” Trump told Pelley.
However, instead of then arguing that we should repeal Obamacare and return our nation to a free market based healthcare alternative, Trump actually said that he believed Obamacare wasn’t socialist enough and that the government had to completely take over the healthcare industry!
Donald Trump: “Everybody’s got to be covered. This is an un-Republican thing for me to say because a lot of times they say, ‘No, no, the lower 25 percent that can’t afford private.’ But…”
Scott Pelley: “Universal Healthcare?”
Donald Trump: “I am going to take care of everybody. I don’t care if it costs me votes or not. Everybody’s going to be taken care of much better than they’re taken care of now.”
Scott Pelley: “But who’s going to pay for it?”
Donald Trump: “The government’s gonna pay for it. But we’re going to save so much money on the other side!”

No, Trump, NO!!
That is what New Yori Values is all about ............that and more nightmares...........Hang in there Virginia..the rode to the white House is about to get VERY BUMPY!!!
This is what its like in my area, minorities are changing as the media ignores the change.
The medical system is going to collapse no matter what is done, the only difference will be what awaits on the other side of such an event.
Go to free market and bring the same laws to bear that all other businesses must comply and better will come of it.
Notice no one much is talking about that. No one.
That means all the candidates are for this mess.
So no surprise here unless somehow folks have deluded themselves about the matter.
I agree Rhodes. Nothing much will be done with healthcare.Unless we tear Washington apart to the bare bone and rebuild it. There is only one Candidate that has that as their priority. His numbers are low because those in charge of the narrative have done a good job as usual... Healthcare is here to stay. It is law, and was not done trough executive order.. It con not be over turned with out do process.
The masses will not want to re visit all the mud slinging and in fighting done. They have been beat down with it .People are getting sick and tired. They will not waist any more emotion on it.There is not enough fight left in those who give a shit.
Sometimes collapses are just the way the universe is set straight, it doesnt care what we want or think.
Action and consequence are all that matters.
Im just along for the ride as long as my ticket is good.
:)
Rhodes. It will collapse. And that is not so much what concerns me. It is how the masses will allow government to grow more. And all liberty will be gone.At some point the One world government will allow genocide to morph in. It will not be what you think. It will be a slow self induced genocide.Hell They talk about the earths over population like as if they are talking about other problems. These Elite are acting with a God like image of themselves.....When God is on the back burner then Satan is on the front burner....And Christians are lining up on the side of the trenches waiting for their cranial bullet to arrive. They need to fight...That Ammon Bundy is teaching us how a Christian should fight. And it seems that even Good Christians are too hung up on their own agendas to get involved.
It is sometimes said and for good reason what you point out is very probable.
Funny thing about it what you describe is also part of the collapse just as a dead cat bounce is part of a market collapse or correction if you rather.
How we each handle it, assuming one lives long enough to see it, is all that really matters.
Once these things are set in motion only the deluded see it as controllable, it an older mistake than is reckoned. It can be seem why we were so warned of this time, indeed it is possible that without help all human life could end.
Cheery thought but if the warning is true so to are the ends.
Just sayin!
Barry was right, look at the CBO projections out today, they project a 30 Trillion dollar defacit with in 10 years. Only wackos on the left who want to see america drowned in dept think this is OK. At 30 trillion in debt 50% of taxes collected would go to debt service and just about every program would have to be cut dramatically or taxes for all would have to rise dramatically to pay for it.
