As a Presidential candidate, John Dummett, has filed a class action lawsuit against the Democratic Party. He was awarded "standing by dicta" by the Ninth Circuit Court to be able to show whether or not Soetoro-aka-Obama is eligible to run in 2012. If not, it nullified his first term, appointed czars, Executive Orders, & other unconstitutional actions. Liberty Legal Foundation is a not-for-profit grzoup which has filed this case. Founder & lead counsel, Van Irions, is handling the case. The group can be found on the internet. Any American citizen may become part of this class action suit by donating $10.00.
