Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

This sure fits doesn't it?

"This process of election affords a moral certainty that the office of President will seldom fall to the lot of any man who is not in an eminent degree endowed with the requisite qualifications."

Notice the word "seldom." How wise Hamilton, Jefferson, Washington, Madison and all the rest were. They knew the shortcomings and temptations of men. They even foresaw that a person with dual or questionable allegiances could try to usurp the presidency.

I wonder what our Founding Fathers would do now. I have a feeling I know, because they did it in 1776. Remember that spirit...?
