Dear Friends of the Constitution

Please Help our Efforts before the WA and US Supreme courts. You can make a difference right now.



Across this nation citizens and now a wonderful patriotic cadre of professional lawyers have taken up the cross to defend our nation and its constitution. Two months ago when I filed a citizen lawsuit in Washington, I found many friends of freedom and warriors willing to put their time, energy and fortunes and even their lives on the line to defend what we believe is a God inspired system of government.



It is not fair that these front line warriors for our constitution should do so alone. You and I need to help. We must help – we must do than we have. Now I need to ask for your specific help, not for myself, but to enable and help 2 teams of legal warriors. I need a lot of you to do a little or as much as you can.



With some 20 lawsuits now filed, our legal approaches and arguments continue to be refined and improved.

Ø Orly Taitz has successfully brought her carefully crafted lawsuit (Lightfoot v. Bowen) to the US supreme court and has spent a considerable sum flying back and forth from California to WA DC, filing fees and more. Her efforts are heroic. She has her own profession, husband and 3 children and has been indefatigable helping launch similar efforts in multiple states including a renewed effort here in Washington state. She has significant travel and filing expenses.

Ø Stephen Pigeon Esq. and 13 fellow citizens filed another lawsuit before the WA state supreme court and this case will be heard Jan 6th before the Electoral College meets. Steve needs expensive multiple copies of source documents for distribution to the court and filing fees and more when his case move to the US Supreme court in January.



Between these two lawsuits we could use a modest amount of cash to help defray the real out of pocket costs of these front line warriors. Considering all the thousands of emails I have received, if even a fraction of you sent in even $10,$20, $50 whatever you could, we could help this effort along. These lawyers are working Pro bono (free) and have sacrificed their own livelihood, put their careers on the line, extended their own personal resources, time and money, just as I did to file and service the lawsuits. Now as these cases move to the Supreme courts, their costs are escalating. Friends and Patriots, they need our help and now is the time.
