DEMOCRACY VERSUS A REPUBLIC

Our varied parties within the United States of America (Republican, Democratic, Independent, Constitutionist, Socialist, etc.) will never work. We the People will always be at war with each other. The extreme right doesn't believe in abortion, the left in bearing arms and the others a mix of everything else. A Supreme Court justice once said, "The Layman's view of the Costitution is: What he likes is Constitutional, what he doesn't like is Unconstitutional." Our Constitution was made for individual liberty and rights which preceded this Government, and Country. We may not like Abortion, People bearing Arms (More than for Self Defense, such as Protecting Property, and our Rights from Tyrants), Marijuana (Hemp-Believe it or not, George Washington was sure eager to get back to the Hemp Harvest), Prostitution (Don't like it-But it's existed for over 2,000 years), people's right's to locomotion (Driving without a license), etc. But in this day and age, government allows the People to vote away individual liberties and rights at any given moment. Your opinion to like it or not is your right. Voting someone else's right's/liberty's away is not your place, and definitely not a right. Lysander Spooner, in the 1800's wrote a piece on "Virtues and Vices" and stated that we the people have liberty when we practice our live's virtues and vices. We have slavery or oppression when we are compelled/forced to act a certain way. Time to read the founder's quotes, Federalist/Anti-Federalist papers, and other Authors of the time such as Spooner, Paine, Locke, etc. so that we may understand what they meant by freedom and liberty.

People have Freedom of Religion, yet, they get angry and hateful when someone goes to an Abortion Clinic (Not knowing the situation of the individual. She may have been raped, incest, etc.. Yet in their eye's she is a criminal. Thomas jefferson's view on religion was: What is between God (Creator) and man or woman, is between them and not me and you. Thomas Paine once wrote: "Of all the tyranny's in the world, the tyranny of Religion is by far the worst." I am not an Atheist. I was baptized as a child in the Lutheran Faith, then converted to Catholic when I was a young adult. Today I am neither. I still believe in a Creator, just as the founders did. The only difference is that I don't use my belief to put a strangle hold on you.

I have served my Country in the U. S. Marines and U. S. Navy. I am now retired from military service, but my oath still hold's true. I will defend the Constitution of the United States of America, from all enemies, both foreign and domestic till my last breath. When will the people realize that they are the domestic enemy's of our Constitution (Both National and State).

A Citizen (People) knows what the Constitution means and doesn't vote levies on your property, increasing your taxes, stripping you of rights and liberty's, robbing you (legally and illegally) of your property,. A Criminal will. A Domestic Enemy will. A Tyrant will. A Dictator will.

We need to wake up and realize the truth. Time to educate yourself. Stop being ignorant before it's too late. Hopefully it's not too late to turn this country back into the Republic which is what it is supposed to be.
