What is the proper procedure for contacting the electors in Minnesota and give them my concerns about the lack of proof that Obama was born in the United States?

i am in oregon but yo ucan use the letter that mairi put on here and contact your sec of state for the list

i have my list but no phone #'s and no emails just names and addresse and no printer ink so i have somework to do ugh anywya the letter on here pretty good. i am also gonna send one to each judge too someohave done that
