Urgent action needed.  Please help keep Obama off of the ballot.  We have to hurry on this one.  Those of us who have had the pleasure of knowing Carl know that he would NEVER pursue this if he didn’t think it was worth it.

 This action has more promise than any that have gone before it and both myself and Kevin Powell will be represented by local talent (Mark Hatfield, Atty.) with the help of Constitutional Attorneys from across the country.

 I would ask that you share this link with as many on your E-Mail list and blog sites as you can and both help and follow our progress as we battle this case on, for the first time, its merits. 
The issue that kept all previous cases from being heard was the issue of standing but thanks to the work of our Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, that is no longer a road block.

 Those of you who know me personally know that I’ve been in this fight for nearly three years, never asking for help in any way but this is a whole new ball game and Georgia promises to deal with the eligibility issue once and for all, as it involves our great State.

Your support, by any means possible will be greatly appreciated by all who have sought to uncover the truth as to why a non- natural born Citizen was allowed on our ballot in the first place.

This must be resolved before the March Primaries so look for this to proceed at a rapid pace.
