Paradigm Shift of Political Party Members

 We stand this year at a crossroads. This election cycle will become The Seminal Referendum Point, to determine which way America will advance into the next Hundred Years. Reports from independent Polls and from the Main Stream polls agree on one point, Americans are deserting the two major political parties in droves. It was reported on GMA the week before Christmas that Over One and Three Quarters Million Registered Democrats declared their official separation from the Democratic Party and Became Independents because of the way the Democratic Socialists have moved the Party to Marxist Principles. It was also reported that Three Quarters of a Million Registered Republicans have deserted the Republican Party because of the indifference the Republican Leadership has shown towards the wishes of the members. They are fed up with the business as usual attitude of the ruling Elite of the Republican Party. The resulting Two and a Half Million new self proclaimed Independents presents a game changer in American Politics. If the hidebound professional politicians don't wake up and listen to the will of the people they stand a much better than average chance of ending up in History's dust bin. The American People have been protesting what the Government has been doing since the early years of the Bush Administration, especially being outraged by the incessant spending spree Congress has decided to pursue. My fervent hope is for the Independents to do their homework in vetting every single candidate they can vote for, at every level of Government, and getting to the polls to elect them. This means everyone needs to get personally involved and thoroughly check the background of every politician running in their Local Districts for 1.President, 2. Congress, 3. State Legislatures, 4. Local positions and picking the ones regardless of party affiliation who have shown throughout their past performance to be the candidates who have best represented the will of their constituents as modified by the strictures of the Constitution. We are in dire need of true Statesmen in the political arena who will ignore the pull of the money and influence pressed on them by special interests, and do what is the best  and most Constitutionally correct things for the Republic regardless of the political consequences. We need that to get America back on track and returned to what we essentially believe what we always should have been. If we don't it could end either in another Civil War or Abject Slavery to Marxist Oppression. We must be ready to respond to any of these scenarios immediately when presented with any one of them.
