FYI: I was a 'phonetree' advocate for the 2 1/2 years that my son was deployed. I know of many ways to support the troops and what ways you can't. I know what you can send and what you can't send if you send 'care packages' - normally if you do not have an address for a specific soldier you can't get one because of OPSEC.
