Dear :

It is time for you who call yourselves Americans and civil servants to join with Dr. Orly Taitz, or one of the other attorneys working on the legitimacy of Barry Soetoro, aka Barack H. Obama, to be President. As one investigates this issue, there are ever more questions, and the need for an appropriate resolution has become paramount. The potential for the number of illegitimate laws, treaties and executive orders which are legally invalid is already astounding.

At the appropriate time, not one of you acted in defense of this nation. The Electoral College vote tally on January 8, 2009, went by without a single one of you standing on behalf of the Constitution which every one of you swore to defend, nor did even one of you act on behalf of the constituents who put you in Congress after our repeated requests for “openness and transparency” from Mr. Obama. This occurred in spite of the fact that every single one of you was aware there was a significant issue with his legitimacy and was nothing short of cowardice. You must be aware of the growing public disgust for all of Congress and its leaders as well as the courts, relative to their inaction on this issue. At some point the truth will be forthcoming, and every member of Congress will be blamed and possibly prosecuted for inaction. You are currently named as a defendant in at least one federal case which has served a summons and Second Verified Compalint on Mr. Obama (www.oilforimmigration.org, Feb. 18, 1009).

Regardless of which side of the issue one may be on, Soetoro/Obama must prove who he is. It is absolutely unthinkable that he has reached this point without any verifiable confirmation of his natural-born status. He may be a legitimate holder of the office, or he may not. America must know. America deserves to know. This is an issue which is wrapped in the American flag. We all want to be able to support a new President; but with so many Americans having such doubt, we want the truth, once and for all, so that we canl go forward. Therefore, all of us need to join with Soetoro/Obama, who will surely want to allay the fears of the American People in this regard, and remove all doubt forever. It is as patriotic as paying one’s taxes.

Why would Mr. Obama refuse to produce a document which costs $12.50 and is readily available to every American-born citizen? What is he hiding? What are you hiding on his behalf? How can this situation continue?

There are now four Tennessee State Representatives, an Oklahoma state representative, and a New Hampshire state representative who have joined Dr. Orly Taitz in her latest lawsuit to uncover the truth. Senator Lamar Alexander recently forwarded a constituent’s letter to the FBI. Surely the Senator suspects something is terribly amiss to have taken such a step. The Supreme Court is well aware of the issue. Our military is aware, at the highest levels, and there are lawsuits being filed aimed at preventing orders to be carried out from an unlawful commander in chief. It is alarming and tragic that Mr. Obama has placed our military in such an untenable position.

Millions of Americans and more every day are aware of this potential fraud and usurpation of the highest office in the land. Why does this not galvanize you to take action to uphold our Constitution, that which maintains our viability as a nation?

Just this last Friday, it was made public that Soetoro’s lawyers in California have threatened “monetary sanctions” (www.worldnetdaily.com, February 13, 2009) against an attorney who subpoenaed Soetoro’s Occidental College records. What does that tell you? The foreign press indicates governments are showing a reluctance to deal with a man who may not be legitimate and who appears delusional. The BBC, Canada Free Press, Indonesian Matters and Kenyan presses have all published stories about this very serious situation. Both the Kenyan parliament and Kenyan ambassador to the United States have made public statements that Obama was born in Kenya.

As Thomas Jefferson said, “God forbid we should ever be twenty years without … rebellion.” We are long overdue, and this issue begs for it. Jefferson also noted: “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.” I urge you to join with Dr. Taitz, who has offered to travel to Washington to speak with you. Make yourselves heard now in the only way which can make a difference. The American people need to know they sent you to Washington, DC for a purpose, and not just to collect a government paycheck.
