Dear Attorney Taylor:

I urge you to act upon the Quo Warranto request filed by Attorney Leo Donofrio in the case of the eligibility or lack thereof of Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, to be President of the United States.

It is an unhealthy situation for the nation to be unsure of the credentials of its President and Commander-in-Chief. As Mr. Obama/Soetoro has been unwilling to submit his original birth certificate as proof of his “natural born” status as required by Article II, Section I, (5) of the U.S. Constitution, he must be compelled to do so to demonstrate his eligibility for the office. If he is unable to prove that he meets the eligibility criteria set forth in the Constitution, then he needs to step aside.

While much of the country is in complete denial that someone could actually run for the office of President and be ineligible, the facts revealed thus far seem to indicate that that is exactly what has happened. Similarly, the other major party candidate, John McCain, was most likely also ineligible due to the fact that he was born in a hospital in Colon, Panama and, contrary to popular belief, not on a U.S. military base. Therefore, Americans had two apparently ineligible candidates from which to choose for president. This situation cannot be left unremedied.

If you are not willing to bring the Quo Warranto action to a jury for a hearing, then we the people will do it as “interested parties” or “third parties.” There are millions of us who know about the controversy, and our military certainly deserves to be sure that their Commander-in-Chief is constitutionally qualified to give them orders and has no allegiances to foreign countries.

Should Mr. Obama prove to be a usurper, then every order he has given or signed, every piece of legislation, and any treaty or treaties he has made will be null and void. It is in the best interests of the country if a determination is made sooner rather than later, as he has already signed numerous executive orders and passed the largest spending bill in history, upon which many of the states are now depending.

I respectfully request that you act on this very serious matter as soon as possible for the sake of our national health.
