VIA FACSIMILE

TO: U.S. Attorney Russell Dedrick
Eastern District of Tennessee

Knoxville, TN 37902

FROM:

DATE: May 4, 2009

RE: CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FILED BY WALTER FITZPATRICK III
DATED MARCH 17, 2009

Dear Mr. Dedrick:

If your office has not taken action on the above filing, it needs to do so immediately for the sake of saving this Republic.

Millions upon millions of Americans know that the person currently occupying the Oval Office and acting as President of the United States and Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. military is most likely constitutionally ineligible to serve.

This fraud needs to be exposed and dealt with. For more than a year, we the people have filed grievances on this matter with our elected officials, state and federal courts, and the Supreme Court, none of which would provide redress. All we asked is that someone with the authority properly vet Barack Hussein Obama for meeting the three requirements set forth in the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1, paragraph 5. They have refused to do so.

You, sir, are in a position to correct this grave injustice to our nation. If the current situation is not resolved, anarchy and civil war will result. You cannot uphold your oath to the Constitution and fail to file the complaint against Obama, who as I write this seeks to dismantle the very foundation of this country and install a totalitarian regime.

It doesn’t matter what color he is. It doesn’t matter that he won 52% of the vote. What matters is whether or not he was eligible to run for office in the first place. The preponderance of evidence says that he was not.

A usurper has taken over the Executive branch of the government, and it must be stopped. Please help.
