Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

MY NOTES & FACTS....................

"OBAMA not being eligible for being president", since Article II of the constitution says "both Parents must be Citizens" and the"child must be
born on US Soil, or military base".

Yes the 2nd Amendment requires we mandatory have our own fire arms and
Militias in our own towns and city's to defend from a Tyrannical
government! Yet The"Militia act" and other "National guard laws" hinder
us from doing our Constitutional duty. Thanks to Woodrow Wilson and FDR
both "socialist bastards" we are in this mess in the first place.
I see the National guard over seas not protecting our boarders and they
have no interest like the men that live in our local community's. I have
no Idea what Lay ahead but I Know my Oath to defend our constitution
against "Enemies Foreign and Domestic".

as was warned by our founders...........

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties
than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks
to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by
deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the
banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children
wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing
power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to
whom it properly belongs."
—Thomas Jefferson
* Letter to the Secretary of the Treasury Albert Gallatin (1802) and
later published in The Debate Over The Recharter Of The Bank Bill
(1809)

It [education] is favorable to liberty. Freedom can exist only in the
society of knowledge. Without learning, men are incapable of knowing
their rights, and where learning is confined to a few people, liberty
can be neither equal nor universal.
—Dr. Benjamin Rush

"I apprehend no danger to our country from a foreign foe. . . Our
destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter. From
the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from
their carelessness and negligence, I must confess that I do apprehend
some danger. I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in
their public servants, and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct;
that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men, and become
the designing men, and become the instruments of their own undoing.
Make them intelligent, and they will be vigilant; give them the means
of detecting the wrong, and they will apply the remedy."
— Daniel Webster

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood
of patriots and tyrants. ... God forbid we should ever be twenty years
without such a rebellion; what country can preserve its liberties if
their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve
the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms." -- Thomas Jefferson to
William Stephens Smith, 1787

The above quote has become known in recent years as 'Jefferson's reset
button,' meaning that Jefferson and most of the Framers of the
Constitution believed that since government--any government--has the
tendency to become oppressive as time progresses, true patriots must be
willing to engage in the tactic of last resort in order to preserve
liberty.

That 'last resort,' of course, is deadly force.

Americans in recent years have become too comfortable and satisfied in
their ignorance to recognize that sentiment as one of the most cherished
and truly American concepts we have. Most Americans may even be shocked
to discover that Thomas Jefferson said such a thing and consider such a
notion to be 'treasonous.'

Yet the Founders believed that traitors and tyrants have a penchant for
slithering into positions in government unnoticed. There they engage in a
covert, patient, and insidious course of action to gradually shift the
government away from its core Constitutional principles.

"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who
approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but
downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are ruined." --
Patrick Henry, Virginia's Ratification convention, 1788

"It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate,
tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds." -- Samuel
Adams

"I have sworn upon the altar of God, eternal hostility against every
form of tyranny over the mind of man." -- Thomas Jefferson in a letter
to Dr. Benjamin Rush, September 23, 1800. Inscribed in the Jefferson
Memorial.

"The right to revolt has sources deep in our history." -- Supreme Court
Justice William O. Douglas

Whenever the legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the property
of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they
put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon
absolved from any further obedience." -- John Locke, 1690

This is one of the reasons the Founders insisted on an armed citizenry
as a means of keeping government power in check.

Increasingly I hear more and more voices insisting that Barack Obama and
his administration, along with his enablers in Congress, are pushing
patriots in the heartland closer to the brink of the type of resistance
depicted above in the timeless words of great men.

Perhaps it is time for the arrogant ones in government to back off, step
back, take a deep breath, and carefully consider the consequences that
their actions and statements may well produce among concerned citizens.

And we are at the point....of NO RETURN.!

"Congress has no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every
other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birth-right of an
American ...the unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of
either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it
will ever remain, in the hands of the people." - Tench Coxe, 20 Feb
1788;

THE AMERICAN’S CREED – by William Tyler Page

I believe in The United States of America, as a Government
Of the people, by the people, for the people;
Whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a
democracy in a Republic; a sovereign Nation
of many sovereign States; a perfect Union, one and
inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom,
equality, justice and humanity, for which American Patriots sacrificed
their lives and fortunes.

I therefore believe it is my duty to my Country, to love It;
to support Its Constitution; to obey Its Laws;
to respect Its Flag;and to defend It against all enemies.

Written in 1917,
accepted by House of Representatives on April 3, 1918

"When it comes to confronting uncivil and unjust government (as when
government steps outside the boundaries drawn around its power by the
written constitutions), education of citizens, by citizens, will often
be for naught unless that education is coupled with demands on the
government by a critical mass of concerned citizens. As Frederick
Douglas said in 1849, "Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never
did, and it never will. Find out just what the people will submit to
and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which
will be imposed upon them; and these will continue until they have
resisted with either words, or blows, or by both. The limits of tyrants
are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they suppress."

When a big Government Dictates and Takes away the peoples "unalienable
God given rights", there is Tyranny! When the Government Grows so big
regardless on who is in COMMAND and who failed or who is to blame
presently or in the past, That government is a Oligarchy! When the
People fear the Government there is Tyranny, When the Government Fear
the People There is Liberty!!
When the government makes laws, not reading or passing them legally
under the constitution and against the majority.Oligarchy

People Ignorance is bliss, time to wake up and read the constitution and
what Freedom we are losing! We need to do away with the Politician and
put a Statesman in Office that Cares about Liberty and Freedom! 600+ the
3 branches of government are so corrupted they think they are in
charge. The people Created the government and we can take it away and
make a new one. Its in the decoration of Independence.
Check this out we need statesmen not politicians. vimeo.com/9546740 or
