I know, I know.... this letter is like asking someone to jump out of an airplane without a parachute. It just makes a relative point about the political process that I think needs to be addressed.

How do "We the people" change the laws that effect people who create the laws?

How do we get Congress to make laws limiting the power and terms of Congress?

Senator,

You could be an American icon, a legend, a true 21st century, bi-partisan patriot for actually performing your duties as a Senator by representing "We the people." End government pandering to lobbyist, banks, and big businesses. Create a legacy of character and service for the greater good of a nation of people who respect and abide by the law and who expect the same from those who create the laws. Set an example to your fellow Congress persons that truly reflects the will of the people. Career politics is rooted with corruption and fed by power and greed. I am asking you to take a stand, be a role model, create term limits for both the House and Senate that will put an end to career politics. If being a 21st century American patriot does not appeal to you, then maybe this will... I and others are diligently working to see that Washington gets a good cleaning. You can either be remembered for creating one of the most historic and beneficial legislations to ever be made into American law or you can be remembered as one of the horrible political reasons this kind of legislation was needed to help prevent against.
