Obama and "Czars" Breaking the Law?

I am not an attorney...I don't even play one on tv, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night. (Really, I did!) I had some time to surf the web and check my emails in my hotel room when I discovered through a little research that Obama, his administration, and his "czars" all fall under the Smith Act. What is the Smith Act you ask? It was used during the 40's and 50's to bring socialist and communist who were trying to "take over" the government through their teachings, writings, etc to trial. It was considered a crime not so much to be a socialist, communist, or marxist, but it WAS a crime to teach it, organize it, write about it, and infiltrate the government with those teachings and ideas. It is considered "seditious" and is punishable in US courts. It currently is called

CHAPTER 115 - TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

(and is punishable with jail time!) It reads as follows:



Sec. 2385. Advocating overthrow of Government

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof--

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

As used in this section, the terms "organizes" and "organize", with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.


Our Problem Now?

The problem with this law is... if we do nothing and let these people "change" and infiltrate our government... this same law could apply to those trying to change it back!!! The time is now people. It is against the law to bring organized socialism, communism, marxism, and any other teachings or ideas that are unconstitutional into our current government.

I think we have become so disconnected from our government that we no longer see it as ours. We look at government as a separate entity. We look at our government as a monster growing and raging out of control. Our forefathers left us the manual on how to control that monster... we just need to read it and apply it. There are laws to keep government in check and there are laws to keep people out of government who would change it from its intended role. We must stop the current administration from changing our government. It belongs to the citizens of the United States. But keep in mind... it matters not how many of those citizens voted for Obama and his socialist, marxist, fascists ideas... it doesn't make it legal! Just because Obama won the election does not make him above the law! Not yet, anyways. Stay informed, stand together, speak out, and raise awareness!

yes they are breaking every law in every form Bible, Constitution, Bill of Rights, you name it they are breaking it and what are we gonna do about it it seems they are in control of just about every thing!!!

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights must be our crutches as we hobble through this mine field; they are the definition of "American." I try to stay well informed and while reading a December 1947 issue of Readers Digest I found an interesting story about the then called "compulsory health care." This article could have been written today with one exeption. Then they had an out fit called "Un-American Activities Committee." They sniffed out the perps behind the socalized medicine attempt and blew the wistle. The same fellow travelers were behind that attempt as well; CIO and AFL amongst others. In that issue there was a facinationg article on China as well...we should have listened to the advice of the writter.
