I am not saying that Rod is Guilty or Innocent, but I will Honor
his "Right's" regardless. Attached is letter I wrote to him....Dan

To: Rod Blagojevich,
re: 01/29/09 Speech
The violation of your Constitutional Right’s by the Senate was deplorable.
It “worries” me that Congress proceeded with a impeachment trial even though you were NOT found guilty of any crime, nor allowed to have a full hearing with witnesses to defend yourself.
I also, deplore the comment’s directed at you made by President Obama/Soetoro which were way out of line considering his past and unknown history.
I hope that you will now see his true nature and
that you will now use any influence or opportunity to help get “him” Impeached and out of Office. Hopefully you can subpoena Obama/Soetoro in a trial and demand his true credential’s and eligibility of Article II, section 1, to be President. If he get’s impeached, then ALL of the other’s who impeached you will face impeachment, ironically putting them in your shoe’s
as you stated in your speech.
It would be justice to see them in a position they had
put you in.
Among supporter’s, and non-supporter’s of you,
there are many of us that know you were railroaded
out of Office and mistreated without trial.
Geraldo Rivera, Sean Hannity, Greta Van Susteren, and Judge Napolitano of Fox New’s and many other
Reporter’s supported your “Right’s” to defend yourself with a fair trial before a impeachment vote.
Innocent, until proven Guilty in a Court of Law, with
the opportunity to Defend Yourself is what Our Nation
is noted for. As a Republican “I ” will be on Your side and support your “Right’s” to a fair trial, regardless if guilty, or not guilty. until proven guilty.
I will forward my concern of what I perceive to be a violation of your “Right’s” as an American citizen to my local Official’s, and promise “Never” to vote for them again for not giving you a fair trial before judgement.
I will also encourage other’s to do so on many websites.
It seem’s to me that the Senate did not wish to
include your basic right to defend yourself in fear that
some “subpoenaed” witness might expose other
embarrassing or unlawful act’s.
Sincerely, Daniel Smith, Long Island, NY
