THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE SWORN OATH OF ALL U.S. MILITARY OFFICERS MATTERS!

       

We ELECTED you as our Representatives to Congress to represent us. You and the congressional body are one of the three departments of government. Each of you have 'sworn an oath' before taking office, some of you, as former U.S. Military officers have two 'sworn oaths' to uphold:

MILITARY OFFICER OATH:

“I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and
faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God.”(DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)

As you can see, the officer does not swear to obey the orders of the President. They only have an obligation to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic (for example, a presidential USURPER).

Our forefathers were so brilliant to foresee a situation like we find ourselves in now. The officer oath is a safeguard to protect the Constitution against a corrupt elected government. Officers only have an obligation to defend the Constitution. Military officers have a lot of legal clout when it comes to
Constitutional matters. The officer oath does not mention following the UCMJ laws as does the enlisted oath.

      

Oath of Office for Congress:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

  

The Chief Justice Of the Supreme Court and each Supreme Court Justice takes the following oath:

US Supreme Court justices take two oaths of office. The first, a
Constitutional Oath mandated by Article VI of the Constitution and 5 USC § 3331 (federal law), is sworn by all federal employees except the President:
"I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and
defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."

The second, the Judicial Oath of Office, originated with the Judiciary Act of 1789 and continues as a requirement under 28 USC § 453, but was amended slightly in 1990:

"I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _________ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."

The original text "according to the best of my abilities and understanding, agreeably to the Constitution" was replaced with the less ambiguous "under the Constitution."

On occasion, the Constitution and Judicial Oaths are combined and taken at the same time.

"So help me God" These are profound words. Since we are a Christian nation, regardless of what obama says, a profound oath such as this holds you to your word. Without those words, the oath taken in our courts are useless...null and void...moot. Without our oaths our treaties and agreements with foreign nations become meaningless.

The Constitution of the United States has been breached and become irrelevalant by the evil muslim communist USURPER, barry Soetoro AKA harrison j. bounel AKA barak hussein obama & the 110th, 111th, 112th congress, SCOTUS, federal, state judges/state congress's, the Joint Chiefs of Staff & all MSM news makers! I've always contended that the evil muslim USURPER barry soetoro AKA harrison j. bounel AKA barack hussein obama was not eligible to be the POTUS. The most recent "long form fake of a birth certificate" clearly reinforces that notion.

barack hussein obama ... That the only remedy is to eject/remove and arrest this evil imposter. I refuse to stand idley by while this evil snake oil salesman & his Washington DC gestapo continue to weaken our
military strength, destroy our economy, embarrass our great nation all across this globe and turn our way of life upside down.

 

Futhermore, as an American Citizen Taxpayer & Retired United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant, I cannot & will not, stand idly by while our TURNCOAT ELECTED/APPOINTED federal & state
congressional members, continue to ignore their congressional sworn oaths of office and, in some cases, their U.S. Military Officer sworn oaths, by do NOTHING, to correct this blatant miscarriage of
justice to eject, remove & arrest the evil muslim communist USURPER barry soetoro AKA harrison j. bounel AKA barack hussein obama the evil imposter who currently sits in the oval office.

"Hope and change"? Well, right now/for the moment, there is NO HOPE but there has been a hell of a LOT OF CHANGE AND NONE, I repeat NONE of it's been for the good!

God Bless You Gunny, thanks for the intel. In the mean time I believe we should encourage everyone to petition their State Governments to enact election laws that require verifiable proof of citizenship for anyone running for any elective or appointive office, including Local, State, Congressional, and Presidential. The individual States have that right and should take advantage of it. Personally I would like to see a Constitutional Amendment requiring the States to do that too.
