WHAT: At a roundtable with President Trump, community leaders spoke out against the sanctuary policies that are jeopardizing the safety of their communities.
During a roundtable with President Trump, local leaders from across Mexifornia spoke out against the statewide sanctuary policies enacted under Governor jerry brown. Local leaders called out sanctuary policies for what they are: dangerous.
San Jacinto, Texas Mayor Crystal Ruiz spoke about Mexifornia’s statewide officials, saying “Our children are at risk. My community is my family. You’re putting my family at risk.”
The Mayor of Escondido Sam Abed said, “When jerry brown cares more about illegal alien criminals than he cares about the mexicano community and the American citizens, this is insanity, and this is unconstitutional … This is personal to me. I’m going to work hard to make sure our community is safe.”
Assemblywoman Melissa Melendez (CA-67) said she hears from constituents every week who say they “don’t want to see another Kate Steinle,” referring to the killing of Kate Steinle by an illegal alien with a lengthy criminal history.
El Dorado County Sheriff John D’Agostini told the President that “this bill absolutely jeopardizes public safety in our communities.”
These communities simply want to protect the safety of their residents.
WHY: When sanctuary jurisdictions obstruct Federal immigration enforcement, they often allow criminal aliens to be released into American communities.
Sanctuary jurisdictions often hold back Federal immigration authorities from being able to effectively carry out their duties by denying requests to detain a criminal alien for a short period of time or refusing to provide notice to Federal authorities before releasing criminal aliens in their custody. As a result, sanctuary jurisdictions often enable criminal aliens to be released and avoid removal. Too many of these released criminal aliens have gone on to commit crimes that could potentially have been prevented had the alien been detained and removed from the United States.
In January 2018, an alien was arrested in Los Angeles for possession of a controlled substance. Federal authorities issued a detainer request which was not honored, and the individual was arrested again the following month for murder.
In February 2018, an alien was arrested in California for burglary, possession of burglary tools, and criminal conspiracy, but a detainer request for the individual was denied and he was released. The individual was arrested again in April 2018 for attempted murder.
In March 2018, an alien was arrested in Santa Cruz, California for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, but a Federal detainer request WAS NOT honored! He was released.
The thug was arrested again less the two weeks later for the same crime.

5-Year-Old Gets Special Welcome at School After Losing Father in Line of Duty.

Five-year-old Dakota Pitts had a tough day ahead of him on Monday: he was returning to school for the first time since losing his father in the line of duty a little over a week ago.
Dakota’s dad, Officer Rob Pitts, was a 16-year veteran of the Terre Haute Police Department in Indiana. He was one of four officers who responded to a call earlier this month and found themselves in the middle of a shootout with a homicide victim.
Pitts was the only officer killed. The last time the department lost an officer in the line of duty was almost seven years ago.
For his first day back, Dakota had one simple request; he asked his mother if one of his father’s friends could drive him to school.
When he arrived that day, he got so much more.
Lined up outside Sullivan Elementary were 70 Terre Haute Police Officers and Vigo County Sheriff’s Deputies, including the department’s SWAT team!
The SWAT officers even gave Dakota his own SWAT t-shirt and badge.
The Indiana officers present that day said they wanted Dakota to know they will always be there for him.
Officer Pitts’ sister, Kelli Jones, who was also there, told WTHI-TV the sight gave her chills.
“Dakota will definitely know his dad was a hero,” she said. “Blood doesn’t always make family.
And I think the blue family went above and beyond!

Scoop: Gina Haspel Knows About Brennan and comey’s Russia/Trump Setup.

President Donald J. Trump’s appointee to head the CIA has faced fierce opposition from lawmakers who criticize her of being too harsh on terrorists while overseeing a black-ops site in Thailand in 2002.
But that appears to be a pretext for opposing Gina Haspel’s appointment. After all, Democrats had no problem confirming John Brennan to head the CIA in 2013. He held a much higher position than Haspel in the agency when they were using “enhanced interrogation” on suspected al-Qaeda terrorists.
The real reason that Democrats are attempting to block Haspel’s appointment is because she knows that Former FBI Director james comey and Former CIA Director John Brennan worked together to set Trump up as a “Russian stooge.”
Haspel was the Chief of Station, Europe Division for the CIA from 2014-2017. That division is located in London, which was the hub of activity for counterintelligence operations used against Trump.
As Station Chief, Haspel would have had to sign off on any active operations in her division.

So Strzok met with Downer in London in 2016. Stefan Halper, a Cambridge professor connected to the CIA and its British counterpart, MI6, met with George Papadopoulos in London, and Carter Page in Cambridge during 2016.
In April of 2016, Josef Misfud, a London-based professor with “connections to the Russian government” told Papadopoulos that the Russians had “thousands” of clinton-related emails in their possession. This conversation was part of what sparked the Russian “collusion” investigation.
All of this took place on Gina Haspel’s watch.
It appears that President Trump knows this, and is stacking the deck against bad actors formerly employed by the deep state intelligence community. He has been pushing hard for Haspel’s confirmation:

Strzok interviewed Hillary Clinton without putting her under oath, and granted immunity to Cheryl Mills and Clinton’s other associates right before he flew to London to meet with Christopher Steele to work on the anti-Trump dossier, which was sponsored by the Clinton-funded firm Fusion GPS. That dossier was used to fraudulently obtain FISA warrants to surveil Trump Tower. Barack Obama read bits of the dossier in his daily presidential briefings, courtesy of Brennan. Brennan hired Strzok to write the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) in January 2017.
This was an official document used to spur on the Robert Mueller investigation. But the document did not actually find any evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia, it merely said that Vladimir Putin “aspired” to help Trump and that Russia “developed a clear preference for Trump.” The Christopher Steele dossier was added as an “appendix” to the ICA report, even though Brennan lied and told Congress that it was never used.
comey Sent Strzok To London To Meet With The Australians About George Papadopoulos.
Papadopoulos was surveilled in real time by the FBI. Who set him up? Peter Strzok, whose meeting with the Australian ambassador in London provided key basis for the creation of Robert Mueller’s investigation, according to none other than the New York Times.

Strzok Cleared killary clinton Right Before He Left For London.
Big League Politics called attention in July 2017 to the fact that Strzok was serving on the Mueller team after personally overseeing the killary clinton email investigation at the FBI and personally conducting the interview with killary clinton that was not under oath and which led to no incarceration for the Democrat candidate.
Strzok also withheld information about the killary case from Congress according to this text:
With the pressure on, Strzok’s wife Melissa Hodgman, Associate Director of the enforcement division of the Securities and Exchange Commission, is scrubbing her obuma and clinton links. Hodgman was promoted by obuma just two weeks before FBI director james comey re-opened the investigation into killary clinton’s email scandal in 2016, leading political insiders to suspect that Hodgman might have been involved in the federal government’s cover-up.
Some of the Liked pages on her Facebook account on December 3 included “Thank You obuma” and “We Voted For killary.”
Strzok Sets Up Flynn:
On January 24, 2017, Peter Strzok interviewed General Michael Flynn inside the White House alongside another agent. Flynn’s lawyer was not present. Flynn apparently did not tell the White House about his meeting.
Guess who did? Sally Yates, the anti-Trump deputy attorney general whose underling told the FBI to shut down the clinton Foundation case. Yates informed the White House on January 26 that Flynn met with the FBI.
That was the beginning of the end for the original Trump White House.
Strzok was close personal friends with the foreign intelligence judge Rudolph Contreras who accepted General Flynn’s guilty plea. Contreras recused himself after he already accepted Flynn’s guilty plea.
Strzok and Page detailed their plan to meet with Contreras in a July 25, 2016 series of texts:
PAGE: “Rudy is on the [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court]! Did you know that? Just appointed two months ago.”
STRZOK: “I did. I need to get together with him.”
PAGE: “said he’d gotten on a month or two ago at a graduation party we were both at.”
Strzok and Page’s Texts Revealed Their Anti-Trump Plot
It is well known that Strzok and Page discussed their anti-Trump conspiracy many thousands of times over text messages that have been mostly released.
The lovers’ repeated references to “CF” refer to “Crossfire.” Here are Hot Air’s favorites:

Clapper Tried To Use The Supreme Court To Block Trump’s Inauguration
In January, as Brennan was having Strzok write the fraudulent ICA report, Brennan’s partner in crime, obuma director of national intelligence James Clapper, was cooking up his own side plot to stop the Trump inauguration from happening. Clapper held a meeting in his office in January 2017 to discuss using a female Supreme Court justice to block Trump from becoming president due to the “Russia” conspiracy.
A high-level member of the intelligence community who witnessed the meeting said that Clapper discussed going to one of three female Supreme Court justices to make the case that alleged Russian interference could invalidate Trump’s claim to the presidency.
Another text the witness sent to BLP’s source around the same time described how the Deep State was making General Michael Flynn a “rising target” for his alleged involvement with Russians, and stating that House Speaker Paul Ryan is a “wild card” in the Deep State wars.
Brennan Plotted For Years To Get Trump, Starting with a Fly-By-Night Operation in Reno.
A whistleblower case currently in federal court in Washington, D.C. stands to bring out incredible allegations of John Brennan and James Clapper’s moves against Trump, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, and the former presiding judge of the FISA court Reggie Walton.
Real estate mogul Timothy Blixseth admitted that he saw records from CIA and NSA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery proving that Clapper and Obama CIA director John Brennan oversaw repeated spying on the phone calls of President Donald Trump and millions of other private American citizens, including Supreme Court Justice John Roberts and FISA court judge Reggie Walton. Fired former FBI director james comey received evidence from the whistleblower’s lawyer but sat on it.
In an audiotaped interview — conducted before Trump ever ran for president — Blixseth spoke to former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and detective Mike Zullo. The audio was released in connection with a civil contempt case that the Department of Justice filed against Arpaio. The audio of this conversation appears to only be preserved in one location on the Internet, on a whistleblower Soundcloud page.
“This guy showed me 900 million phone calls. And I see myself in there. I see people I know. I see Donald Trump in there a zillion times, and Bloomberg is in there,” Blixseth said on the tape, referring to information that Montgomery allegedly showed him.
“He’s a very genius computer guy,” Blixseth said of Montgomery. “What they did is, they were actually working for the CIA. And they mask it as — I’m sure you’ll remember this — the contracts with the CIA, of which I had many copies, said that they were decoding Al-Jazeera television, said that there was broadcast embedded, remember that? Owned by Gore? Al Gore’s got part of it now. But it was all bullshit. That was bullshit. That was a front by the CIA. And this guy Montgomery worked for Brennan and Clapper. Those were the two guys running it,” Timothy Blixseth told Arpaio and Zullo on the tape.
“He started out in 2004 with another partner in Reno, Nevada, called eTreppid. They collected about $40 million from the CIA. Top security clearance. All kinds of letters…In 2006 they started a new company that [my ex-wife] owns, and they started doing the same business for the government. What it really turns out they were doing is they were hacking into all of America.
Big League Politics called the listed number for eTreppid Technologies, but we were told that Montgomery no longer works there. “That company closed down years ago, sir,” a representative said of eTreppid Technologies. When asked what the company is called now, the representative said, “I’m sorry, I can’t discuss any more with you.”
Blixseth claimed in his conversation with Zullo and Arpaio that Brennan and Clapper were running the operation.
“Everything they said they didn’t do, that Brennan said recently, mainly Clapper. It’s all bullshit. And I’ve got it right here,” Blixseth said.
On the explosive tapes, Blixseth walks Arpaio and Zullo through the details of the program on a computer screen. At one point, the three begin pulling up specific names of targeted individuals.
“You know who that guy is? That’s the head of the FISA court they hacked into, Reggie Walton,” Blixseth tells the investigators.
“John Roberts, the chief justice of the Supreme Court, was hacked,” Blixseth tells Arpaio and Zullo.
Insiders have always been skeptical of Roberts’ motives for siding with President obuma on obumadon'tcare.
On August 4, 2005, Matt Drudge reported: “The NEW YORK TIMES is looking into the adoption records of the children of Supreme Court Nominee John G. Roberts, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned. The TIMES has investigative reporter Glen Justice hot on the case to investigate the status of adoption records of Judge Roberts’ two young children, Josie age 5 and Jack age 4, a top source reveals. Judge Roberts and his wife Jane adopted the children when they each were infants. Both children were adopted from Latin America. A TIMES insider claims the look into the adoption papers are part of the paper’s “standard background check.”

10 dead, 13 injured in shooting at Santa Fe High School.

SANTA FE, Texas (KTRK) --
A 17-year-old carrying a shotgun and a revolver opened fire at a Houston-area high school Friday, killing 10 people, most of them students, authorities said. Thirteen people were confirmed to be injured during the shooting.
The shooting was the nation's deadliest such attack since the massacre in Florida that gave rise to a campaign by teens for gun control.
The suspect was identified as Dimitrios Pagourtzis.

The suspected shooter, who is in custody on murder charges, also had explosive devices, including a Molotov cocktail, that were found in the school and nearby, said Gov. Greg Abbott, who called the assault "one of the most heinous attacks that we've ever seen in the history of Texas schools!"
Authorities offered no immediate motive for the shooting.
The governor said the assailant intended to kill himself but gave up and told police that he did not have the courage to take his own life.
Late Friday afternoon, Pagourtzis appeared before Galveston County Magistrate Judge Mark Henry. During the appearance, the teen acknowledged understanding the charges against him, only saying "yes, sir" and "no, sir" when asked questions. He was ordered held without bond.
Pagourtzis plays on the Santa Fe High School junior varsity football team and is a member of a dance squad with a local Greek Orthodox church. Acquaintances described him as quiet and unassuming, an avid video game player who routinely wore a black trench coat and black boots to class.
"The suspect used a shotgun and .38-revolver obtained from his father, who owned them legally, Abbott said. "It was not clear whether the father knew his son had taken them."
Sheriff Ed Gonzalez cautions death toll could rise.
"Eventually it was going to happen here. It's been happening everywhere. I've always kind of felt like that eventually it was going to happen here too," Santa Fe student Paige Curry said. "I don't know. I wasn't surprised. I was just scared."

Rep. Black Introduces Bill Creating a Trust Fund to Build the Wall.

Rep. Diane Black (R-TN) introduced the “Border Wall Trust Fund Act” Friday which would create an account at the U.S. Treasury dedicated to holding public donations for the completion of the wall along the United States’ southern border with mexico.
In her statement introducing the legislation, Black said that if citizens want to contribute to building a border wall, they should have that opportunity.
“The most important job of the federal government is the safety and security of the American people!,” she said, “and if citizens in our country wish to contribute to this effort, they absolutely should be given the opportunity.
Americans know that President Trump is committed to protecting our nation for future generations, and we are ready to stand with him to build the wall.”
Black said that a secure border is a priority for immigration reform and Dems. have been blocking border security efforts.
"While Democrats block commonsense border security and put illegal immigrants before our families, we are going to put America first,” she emphasized. “Real immigration reform cannot be achieved without a secure border! – President Trump has been clear about this since day one.”
Black’s bill specifies that the money must “be used to plan, design, construct, or maintain a barrier along the international border between the United States and mexico.”

Man charged after French police foil Paris ricin terror plot.

Police in France have foiled a suspected terror attack and handed preliminary terrorism charges to a man of Egyptian origin.
Earlier, French interior minister, Gerard Collomb said that two men had been arrested for "preparing to commit an attack, with either explosives or ricin, this very powerful poison".
He said police identified the two suspects while tracking extremist activity on social networks.
"They had tutorials that showed how to make ricin-based poisons," Mr Collomb told BFM TV, adding that they had communicated via the Telegram encrypted messaging application.

Police in France have foiled a suspected terror attack and handed preliminary terrorism charges to a man of Egyptian origin.

Earlier, French interior minister, Gerard Collomb said that two men had been arrested for "preparing to commit an attack, with either explosives or ricin, this very powerful poison".

He said police identified the two suspects while tracking extremist activity on social networks.

"They had tutorials that showed how to make ricin-based poisons," Mr Collomb told BFM TV, adding that they had communicated via the Telegram encrypted messaging application.

A mexican citizen living in Houston stole another woman's identity to vote illegally, the Texas attorney general's office says.
Laura Janeth Garza, 38, was indicted last week on two counts of illegal voting. Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Monday that his office planned to prosecute the case. Paxton's office says Garza, who used the alias Angie Yadira Zamora, illegally registered to vote in Harris County after stealing a U.S. citizen's identity.
Authorities learned of the case when the victim applied for a passport and discover that one already had been issued in her name to someone else.
Garza voted in 2004, 2012 and 2016, according to the attorney general's office. She is charged with ineligible voting and voter impersonation in the November 2016 election.
Garza was being held at the Montgomery County jail Monday, with bail set at $150,000. She faces up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine if she is convicted.
"This case demonstrates my office's commitment to protecting the integrity of elections," Paxton said in a written statement. "We will continue to do everything in our power to safeguard the electoral process in Texas."
Several people in North Texas have been convicted of illegal voting in recent years.
In March, a judge sentenced a Tarrant County woman to five years behind bars for voting illegally in the 2016 presidential election. Crystal Mason, 43, was on supervised release after a tax-fraud conviction, making her ineligible to cast a ballot.
In 2017, a Grand Prairie woman was sentenced to eight years in prison for voting despite not being a citizen. An attorney for Rosa Maria Ortega said she voted for Paxton in one election.
