Facts About Fox Star Laura Ingraham
05/16/18 by: TTN Staff
Laura Ingraham is a tank; the left tries to fire on her, but she keeps on rolling. The left has tried to take her out, and failed, as she continues to attract a huge following of conservative viewers on Fox News.
Here' some facts about Laura that you may not know.
She Is Incredibly Intelligent, Born in Glastonbury, Connecticut in 1963. Laura Ingraham graduated from Dartmouth College in 1985, and then from the University of Virginia law in 1991. She went to all the right schools, and liberals hate that.
Career Before Radio. She was a speechwriter for President Reagan in the late eighties. Ingraham later clerked for Judge Winter, then later for Justice Clarence Thomas. She worked as an attorney before launching her media career in the late '90's.
Personal Life; She has reportedly dated former Senator Robert Torricelli (D-N.J.), Keith Olbermann and Dinesh D'Souza. Ingraham remains single but has adopted a girl from Guatemala and two boys from Russia. She is also a Breast Cancer Survivor.
She's A Brawler, She's not afraid to mix it up with Republicans or Democrats, including Keith Olbermann, Meghan McCain, Megyn Kelly, LeBron James and most recently, David Hogg. She will apologize if she goes too far, but she doesn't shy away from calling out celebrities just because the media will attack her.
Liberals Can't Stop Her;
Laura has been in media for over 20 years, and they can't shut her down. Her Fox ratings are 10% higher than her nearest "competitor" Maddow, who hasn't been subjected to the media assault that Laura has weathered time and again.
Laura still loudly supports President Trump from her perch at Fox, and liberals can't stand that.

Doug Ducey Arizona governor : “National Guard Needed at Border”
4/10/18
Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey said Monday that 225 members of the state's National Guard were heading to the U.S.-Mexico border to support President Donald Trump's call for troops to fight drug trafficking and illegal mexican immigration!
The most fundamental responsibility of government is to protect its citizens. This is an issue for all governors, but it has added meaning and complexity for border governors.
For those living with the consequences of Washington’s failures, border security isn’t a political issue, it’s a personal one. I’ve grieved with the widow of a rancher slain by an illegal immigrant and with the family members of agent Brian Terry, who was gunned down by cartel members 10 miles north of the Arizona-Mexico border. I’ve spent time with parents whose children’s lives were ruined by the drugs smuggled across our border!
The majority of illegal drugs in this country come through our southern border. If you know someone impacted by drug addiction, there’s a good chance their last “hit” came from drugs that flowed through Arizona.
OUR VIEW:
National Guard deployment is political theater.
For years, Americans, particularly in border states such as Arizona, have been calling on the federal government to secure our border.
It is frustrating to hear the rhetoric from the talking heads on cable news on this issue.
Despite what some may say, our southern border is NOT secure!
That is the truth, plain and simple.

That is why I am grateful for this administration’s actions to address border security. The announcement by President Trump to call up the National Guard to support the mission of the Border Patrol is needed and welcomed.

Unfortunately, there are those who like to play politics with the issue. Those of us on the border don’t have that luxury. Instead, while the politicos and pundits are busy shouting at each other, we are addressing the challenges of managing a state on the border.

We're working to save lives threatened by the hands of cartel members or by drug addiction — and the lives of those trying to cross Arizona’s unforgiving desert landscape. States such as Arizona have stepped up when Washington has failed and spent tens of millions of our state’s taxpayer dollars to supplement the great work of an understaffed Customs and Border Protection.

But with a border nearly 373 miles — longer than the entire length of Pennsylvania — we can’t do this on our own.

Presidential Memorandum for the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Secretary of Homeland Security;
4/6/18 SUBJECT:
Ending “Catch and Release” at the Border of the United States and Directing Other Enhancements to Immigration Enforcement.
Section 1. Purpose.
(a) Human smuggling operations, smuggling of drugs and other contraband, and entry of gang members and other criminals at the border of the United States threaten our national security and public safety. The backlog of immigration-related cases in our administrative system is alarmingly large and has hindered the expeditious adjudication of outstanding cases. Border-security and immigration enforcement personnel shortages have become critical.
(b) In Executive Order 13767 of January 25, 2017 (Border Security and Immigration Enforcement Improvements), I directed the Secretary of Homeland Security to issue new policy guidance regarding the appropriate and consistent use of detention authority under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), including the termination of the practice known as “catch and release,” whereby aliens are released in the United States shortly after their apprehension for violations of our immigration laws.
On February 20, 2017, the Secretary issued a memorandum taking steps to end “catch and release” practices. These steps have produced positive results.
Still, more must be done to enforce our laws and to protect our country from the dangers of releasing detained aliens into our communities while their immigration claims are pending.
Therefore, by the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby direct as follows:
Sec. 2. Ending “Catch and Release”. (a) Within 45 days of the date of this memorandum, the Secretary of Homeland Security, in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, shall submit a report to the President detailing all measures that their respective departments have pursued or are pursuing to expeditiously end “catch and release” practices. At a minimum, such report shall address the following:
(i) All measures taken pursuant to section 5(a) of Executive Order 13767 to allocate all legally available resources to construct, operate, control, or modify — or establish contracts to construct, operate, control, or modify — facilities to detain aliens for violations of immigration law at or near the borders of the United States;
(ii) All measures taken pursuant to section 5(b) of Executive Order 13767 to assign asylum officers to immigration detention facilities for the purpose of accepting asylum referrals and conducting credible fear determinations and reasonable fear determinations;
(iii) All measures taken pursuant to section 6 of Executive Order 13767 to ensure the detention of aliens apprehended for violations of immigration law;
(iv) All measures taken pursuant to section 11(a) of Executive Order 13767 to ensure that the parole and asylum provisions of Federal immigration law are not illegally exploited to prevent the removal of otherwise removable aliens;
(v) All measures taken pursuant to section 11(b) of Executive Order 13767 to ensure that asylum referrals and credible fear determinations pursuant to section 235(b)(1) of the INA (8 U.S.C. 1125(b)(1)) and 8 CFR 208.30, and reasonable fear determinations pursuant to 8 CFR 208.31, are conducted in a manner consistent with those provisions;
(vi) All measures taken pursuant to section 6 of Executive Order 13768 of January 25, 2017 (Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States), to ensure the assessment and collection of all authorized fines and penalties from aliens unlawfully present in the United States and from those who facilitate their unlawful presence in the United States;
(vii) A detailed list of all existing facilities, including military facilities, that could be used, modified, or repurposed to detain aliens for violations of immigration law at or near the borders of the United States; and
(viii) The number of credible fear and reasonable fear claims received, granted, and denied — broken down by the purported protected ground upon which a credible fear or reasonable fear claim was made — in each year since the beginning of fiscal year 2009.
(b) Within 75 days of the date of this memorandum, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, shall submit a report to the President identifying any additional resources or authorities that may be needed to expeditiously end “catch and release” practices.
Sec. 3. Return of Removable Aliens to Their Home Countries or Countries of Origin. Within 60 days of the date of this memorandum, the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit a report to the President detailing all measures, including diplomatic measures, that are being pursued against countries that refuse to expeditiously accept the repatriation of their nationals. The report shall include all measures taken pursuant to section 12 of Executive Order 13768 to implement the sanctions authorized by section 243(d) of the INA (8 U.S.C. 1253(d)), or a detailed explanation as to why such sanctions have not yet been imposed.
Sec. 4. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this memorandum shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This memorandum shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(c) This memorandum is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
(d) The Secretary of State is hereby authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

VIDEO: President Trump’s Special Message On Jerusalem.
5/14/18
"Today, we finally acknowledge the obvious: that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital.”
President Donald J. Trump
FULFILLING A PROMISE: President Trump kept his promise by recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and opening the U.S. Embassy there.
•On December 6, 2017, President Trump kept his promise, announcing that the United States would begin recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and officially open our Embassy there. •Congress urged the President to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel with the bipartisan 1995 Jerusalem Embassy Act – a call unanimously reaffirmed by the Senate in 2017.
•After decades of past Presidents committing to move the Embassy to Jerusalem on the campaign trail, only to renege on those promises while in office, President Trump has fulfilled his promise to support one of America’s strongest allies.
•More than two decades of waivers delaying the Embassy move brought us no closer to a lasting peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians.
•President Trump has made clear that old challenges demand new approaches, and that he will keep his word to the American people.
•On May 14, 2018, the United States officially opened our Embassy in Jerusalem, Israel, 70 years to the day that President Truman recognized Israel as an independent country, making the United States the first nation to do so.
•President Trump has recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and advanced peace between Israelis and Palestinians.
•Announcing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital is simply a recognition of reality. •Israel is a sovereign nation and, like every other sovereign nation, has the right to choose its own capital. Yet for 70 years we neglected to extend this basic courtesy to Israel that we extend to other countries.
•Jerusalem is the seat of the modern Israeli government. It is the home of the Israeli Parliament and the Israeli Supreme Court. It is the location of the official residence of the Prime Minister and President, as well as the headquarters of many government ministries.
STRIVING FOR PEACE: The Trump Administration continues to work to achieve a comprehensive peace agreement between the Israelis and the Palestinians.
•The Trump Administration remains committed to achieving a lasting and comprehensive peace agreement.
•Recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital is a necessary condition for peace between Israelis and Palestinians.
•President Trump has been clear that his recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel does not mean the United States has taken a position on final status negotiations. •The Trump Administration believes that such decisions should be worked between Israelis and Palestinians.
•The Trump Administration supports the status quo at Jerusalem’s holy sites.
ULFILLING PROMISES QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY: After announcing the United States’ recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, President Trump quickly and efficiently opened the Embassy in Israel at a low cost to taxpayers.
•President Trump opened the Embassy in Jerusalem in just six months, compared to the seven to ten years expected to build an entirely new and secure permanent embassy.
•Initial modifications allowing the Embassy to open on May 14, 2018, cost just $400,000.
•United States diplomatic staff in Israel has worked around the clock to ensure the Embassy was ready to open by May 14, 2018.
•The Trump Administration has begun updating all Federal Government maps to reflect Jerusalem’s status as Israel’s capital under American policy.
•To celebrate the opening of the United States’ new Embassy in Jerusalem, the Trump Administration sent a high-level delegation, led by Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan and including Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin, Senior Advisor Jared Kushner, Senior Advisor Ivanka Trump, and Special Representative for International Negotiations Jason Greenblatt.

President Trump's Email:
05/15/2018 Source: TTN
There's a big battle brewing for control of the United States Senate and Ohio is ground zero.
Last week, the GOP candidate President Trump endorsed, Rep. Jim Renacci, won the GOP nomination.
President Trump sent out the following email:
From the desk of President Donald J. Trump
Landel,
I’m reaching out to you because I know you share my concern about the future of the United States Senate, and I need your help.
Right now Republicans hold a SLIM majority in the Senate and it’s not enough. This November we have an opportunity to both strengthen the majority and remove some obstructionist Democrats at the same time. And one state where we have a great shot at doing it is in Ohio, with conservative leader Jim Renacci.
Republican Jim Renacci is facing a tough campaign against liberal Democrat Sherrod Brown, and Jim needs our help to win.
As you can imagine, the national Democrats are going to spend and do whatever it takes to defeat the Republican majority and keep voices like Sherrod Brown in Washington.
That’s why it’s CRITICAL we help Jim today.
I’ve proudly endorsed Jim Renacci for Senate, now will you stand with me in supporting him?
Sherrod Brown has the backing and support of every Democrat from Joe Biden to Bernie Sanders to Elizabeth Warren, because he supports their failed, liberal policies. That’s why Democrats are doing everything they can to activate every wealthy donor across the United States to support Sherrod.
And that’s why our support right now for Jim Renacci is SO critical.
Landel, you’ve been one of my top supporters, and it would mean the world to me if now Jim could count on your support as well.
It’s going to be a close race in Ohio, but with your financial contribution, Jim’s campaign will be able to fight back and defeat Sherrod Brown and the national Democrats.
I cannot get my job done if I can’t count on the Senate’s support. Jim has worked so hard on tax cuts, fighting illegal immigration, securing the border and combating crime—which is why I need Jim very badly to help our agenda and to keep MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
With Jim in the Senate, I know our nation will be on the right path.
Landel, as many elections do, this is all going to come down to Ohio!
And this year we have a chance to ensure Ohio elects a strong, dependable conservative.
Let’s take action right now to ensure our future is bright.
Thank you for all you do for our country. I’m honored to have your support.
Sincerely,
President Donald J. Trump

WATCH: President Trump Hosts Mexifornians Against Sanctuary Cities.
5/16/18
WHAT: Communities are coming out against reckless sanctuary policies and in support of our Federal immigration laws that protect the American people.
Sanctuary jurisdictions continue to hinder Federal immigration enforcement efforts. These jurisdictions often refuse even basic requests for information, such as notice to Federal officials before the release of certain criminal aliens.
Mexifornia has passed statewide sanctuary policies that restrict cooperation and information-sharing between Federal immigration authorities and local law enforcement.
Mexifornia has enacted legislation (Senate Bill 54) which restricts local law enforcement from providing Federal immigration officials with information about the release date of certain removable criminal aliens in their custody.
Senate Bill 54 also restricts the actual transfer of certain criminal aliens to Federal custody.
Communities across Mexifornia have come out in opposition to the State’s sanctuary policies, including Los Alamitos, San Jacinto, San Juan Capistrano, Escondido, Laguna Niguel, and Lake Elsinore among numerous others. County governments, including Orange County and San Diego County, California’s second largest county, have also joined in opposition.
Community leaders have been clear in their opposition to Mexifornia’s efforts to restrict local cooperation with lawful Federal immigration enforcement.
WHY: Sanctuary policies undermine lawful immigration enforcement efforts and are responsible for the release of criminal aliens into American communities.
President Trump will be meeting with local officials from Mexifornia who can speak first-hand about how sanctuary policies undermine law enforcement operations and jeopardize community safety.
Mexifornia and other sanctuary jurisdictions are openly obstructing Federal efforts to take custody of and remove certain criminal aliens. As a result, dangerous criminal aliens are released back into American communities, where they have the potential to commit further crimes.
For example, an alleged gang member in San Francisco was arrested more than ten times between 2013 and 2017 for charges including rape, domestic battery, and assault.
Each time San Francisco denied a request to transfer the individual to Federal custody or even notify Federal officials before releasing the individual.
This is an unacceptable risk to community safety.
The President has made clear that these dangerous and obstructive sanctuary policies must end!

Navajo artist creates ‘Make America Native Again’ hats to critique Donald Trump’s campaign slogan.
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A local Navajo artist who doesn’t like Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” caps is now selling a Native American version. Vanessa Bowen told ABC News she has designed and produced “Make America Native Again” hats as a way of starting a conversation about the problematic history behind Donald Trump’s presidential campaign slogan — “Make America Great Again” — and to raise awareness for marginalized indigenous peoples in the U.S.
“When Donald Trump says, ‘Make America Great Again,’ what time period is he talking about?” Bowen, 31, asked. ***THE PRESENT, OF COURSE! ***
“A lot of people overlook that America’s history has been built upon injustice against other racial groups, including Native American people.”
Bowen explained that making “America native again” means learning and respecting Native American values and culture that have been largely erased and disrespected by colonialism.
She had a small batch of 20 caps made in Albuquerque after a half-dozen friends said they would be interested in wearing the hats.
People started to share pictures of the item on social media and the rest of the stock sold in just a couple of days.
And though Bowen said she’s received backlash in the form of several “hateful” messages online filled with “stereotypes about Native Americans,” she said she isn’t discouraged.

Danny Trejo The Famous Native American Actor

Danny Trejo was born Dan Trejo in Echo Park, Los Angeles, to Alice (Rivera) and Dan Trejo, a construction worker… with his intimidating, tattooed, muscle-bound appearance, character actor Danny Trejo has formed a successful career as the all-purpose hard case over his curious and enduring cinematic career. Beating the odds of repeat offender syndrome after being released from prison, Trejo has risen through the ranks to find himself in high demand as an actor, and has even expanded his talents to include a producer credit to his resumé.

His life story is just about as pristine an example of rehabilitation as one could ask for.Raised in the mean streets of East L.A., Trejo spent many of his early years incarcerated in such legendary prisons as Folsom and San Quentin on drug and robbery convictions.

Channeling his intense energy into the boxing ring and winning numerous lightweight and welterweight titles, Trejo was released as a new man after completing a life-changing 12-step rehabilitation program to overcome his addictions. Applying the ideas that changed his life in an attempt to help others headed down a similar path, upon release Trejo became involved with numerous rehabilitation and counseling programs.

A chance meeting with a young man who asked for his support at a Cocaine Anonymous meeting in 1985 later found the sympathetic ex-con meeting the struggling addict on the set of Runaway Train, and Trejo was quickly offered a role as a convict presumably based on his threatening appearance. Chance piled upon chance found an old prison buddy/screenwriter who remembered Trejo’s hard-hitting boxing skills on the same set, and Trejo was then offered a chance to train Eric Roberts for a film, and was eventually offered the role as his opponent in the ring.

From Dusk Till Dawn (1996)
Following with roles in The Hidden (1987), and later Lock-Up (1989), Marked for Death (1990), Mi Vida Loca (1993), and Heat (1995), Trejo formed an alliance with director Robert Rodriguez with Desperado in 1995, and soon graduated to such bigger-budget films as Con Air (1997) and The Replacement Killers (1998) in the latter 1990s.

The Rodriguez-Trejo twosome found the actor taking on the role of Uncle Isadore “Machete” Cortez in the director’s 2001 smash hit Spy Kids, and was later cast in both the film’s sequel and Rodriguez’s Once Upon a Time in Mexico (2002). Trejo continued to work steadily on the big and small screens in a variety of projects such as Alias, Monk, The Devil’s Rejects, Snoop Dogg’s Hood of Horror, the indie drama SherryBaby, and Smiley Face.
He enjoyed one of his rare big-screen starring vehicles when Robert Rodriguez made Machete — a feature-length version of the trailer he created for Grindhouse — in 2007. He went on to appear in Valley of Angels, Saint John of Las Vegas, A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas, and Bad Ass.

Cherokee actor Wes Studi releases a rescued golden eagle back into freedom. The eagle, named James Dean, was rehabilitated at the Santa Fe Raptor Center after running into a power line near White Sands last September.
After being nursed back to health, the eagle was released into the wild by Wes Studi in front of a crowd of dozens of onlookers.
Rehabilitated Golden Eagle, James Dean, was released over the Rio Grande with a send off from Cherokee actor Wes Studi.
When Lori Paras arrived at the edge of the Río Pueblo gorge Sunday morning, the golden eagle in her lap was as calm as a docile kitten. Just before the release, the eagle and Studi posed one last time for the cameras.
Studi then raised his arms and the eagle began flapping its wings as it dropped below the edge of the gorge.
Seconds later, the bird was gaining altitude to the applause of the eager crowd.
“It’s a bittersweet thing,” said Paras, who spent weeks rewrapping bandages on the eagle’s wounded feet, as she watched the eagle soaring at the far end of the gorge.
Sunday’s event was meant to attract attention to the Raptor Center, a nonprofit that cares for injured birds until they’re healthy enough to return to the wild.
According to the organization’s most recent tax filing, the center’s expenses outpaced its revenue from donations by $8,500. Paras said she was averaging two to three new birds coming in to the center each week, and she hoped to attract new donors to keep up with the volume.
Ellen Regan of San Cristóbal was among those who came to watch the release Sunday. “It just brightens my day,” Regan said when asked what she thought of the event.
Studi, known for his roles in “Avatar,” “Dances with Wolves” and “Last of the Mohicans,” said the eagle weighed about as much as a 5 lb. bag of sugar. He said he was surprised by how gracefully it took off from his hands.
Studi, who now lives just outside Santa Fe, said he agreed to release the eagle to help the Raptor Center’s cause.
Paras said the eagle released Sunday was 2 years old and able to hunt on its own. The release location was chosen because it’s already a proven habitat for other eagles.
“There are eagles in this area and they’re nesting, but he’s a juvenile so they won’t chase him away,” Paras said.
Before it was released, the eagle was outfitted with a tracking device that will allow Paras and others to follow its movements. Paras said knowing that the eagle is moving and doing well gives her peace of mind.
“We’ll hope for the best,” she said.
